Design & Performance
Crafted from 100% polyester microfleece, this jacket is designed with a focus on durability and thermal efficiency. The fabric features a dense knit that provides an impressive warmth-to-weight ratio, ensuring insulation without adding unnecessary mass. The open cuff and hem design offer a relaxed silhouette that fits comfortably over polo shirts or under heavier waterproof layers. For added comfort and longevity, the neck seam is cover-taped, preventing irritation and reinforcing a high-wear area of the garment. Its breathable nature ensures that moisture is managed effectively, preventing overheating during physical activity.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
To maintain the premium feel and technical integrity of this microfleece jacket, we offer embroidery as the exclusive customisation method. The dense, soft pile of microfleece provides an excellent foundation for high-quality stitching, allowing your logo to sit prominently on the fabric. Our in-house embroidery specialists, based in Telford, have been perfecting this craft since 1976. By choosing embroidery, you ensure a durable and professional finish that can withstand the frequent washing and heavy use typical of junior workwear and uniforms.
Use Cases
This microfleece jacket is an excellent choice for school uniforms, youth sports organisations, or junior staff in professional environments. Its lightweight and packable design makes it a versatile companion for outdoor educational trips, retail environments with variable temperatures, or as a standardised layer for young apprentices in light industrial settings.

Practical Advice
The sizing range for this jacket is extensive, covering XXS (ages 3/4) through to XL (ages 12/14). Because of its super stretch fit, it is designed to be worn relatively close to the body to maximise thermal efficiency. If you intend for this to be worn over a thick sweatshirt or multiple layers, we recommend reviewing the sizing guide carefully or considering a size larger for a more generous fit.
Caring for your product
To ensure this microfleece jacket continues to perform and look its best, proper maintenance is essential. While the garment is safe to wash at 60°C for hygiene purposes, a standard domestic wash at 30°C is usually sufficient for regular cleaning and is kinder to the environment.
It is vital that you do not use bleach on this garment. Harsh chemical agents will break down the synthetic polyester fibres and cause the colour of both the jacket and your embroidered logo to fade or bleed prematurely.
This item should not be tumble dried or ironed. Microfleece is naturally quick-drying and resistant to creasing. Subjecting the fabric to the intense heat of a dryer or an iron can melt the fine synthetic fibres, resulting in a loss of softness, reduced thermal performance, and potential permanent damage to the garment's structure. Dry cleaning is not required and should be avoided.
