Product Overview

The Premier Women’s Artisan Fleece Jacket is a sophisticated solution for professionals who require warmth without sacrificing a polished appearance. Designed specifically for the female form, this jacket moves away from the bulky, shapeless designs often found in standard workwear, offering a more tailored and elegant silhouette. Whether you are managing a boutique retail space or working in a craft-based environment, this garment provides a medium-weight layer that keeps the chill at bay while ensuring you remain representable to your clientele.

Key Features
  • 100% Polyester Composition: This material is chosen for its excellent heat retention properties and its ability to withstand the rigours of daily wear without losing its shape.
  • Artisan Colour Palette: Available in professional combinations such as Moss Green with Brown or Navy with Brown, these tones are selected to complement a craft or heritage-focused brand identity.
  • Inclusive Sizing: With sizes ranging from XS to 3XL, we ensure that every member of your team can be provided with a uniform that fits correctly and looks professional.
  • Durable Construction: The fabric is engineered to resist pilling, ensuring the jacket maintains its smooth finish even after frequent use in a busy work environment.

Design & Performance

This jacket is crafted from a medium-weight polyester fabric that strikes the perfect balance between insulation and breathability. Unlike heavier coats that can feel restrictive, the artisan fleece allows for a full range of movement, making it ideal for staff who are constantly on their feet. The fabric is resilient and quick-drying, which is a practical necessity for anyone working in fast-paced industries where spills or weather changes are part of the job.

The aesthetic is defined by its contrast detailing, which elevates it from a standard fleece to a piece of professional attire. The finish is soft to the touch but substantial enough to provide a genuine barrier against the cold, making it a reliable choice for draughty workshops or outdoor market stalls.

Customisation: Embroidery Only

This item is available for EMBROIDERY customisation only. The textured pile of a fleece garment does not provide a suitable surface for printing, as the ink cannot bond evenly. However, it is the perfect canvas for high-quality embroidery. A stitched logo sits proudly on the fabric, maintaining its clarity and colour for the life of the garment.

Our in-house embroidery team in Telford has been perfecting this craft since 1976. We use precision machinery to ensure that every stitch is placed with accuracy, providing a durable and premium finish that reflects the quality of your own business.

Use Cases

This jacket is particularly well-suited for individuals working in the artisan sector, such as florists, baristas, or those in boutique garden centres. It also serves as an excellent front-of-house uniform for hospitality staff who need to stay warm while greeting guests in cooler entryways or outdoor seating areas.

Why MyWorkwear

We have been providing high-quality workwear solutions since 1976. Operating from our base in Telford, we combine decades of expertise with modern technology to ensure your team looks their best. We understand that your uniform is a reflection of your brand's standards, which is why we handle your customisation with the care and attention it deserves.

Practical Advice

To achieve the best look, we recommend layering this fleece over a smart shirt or a branded polo. Because it is a medium-weight garment, it fits comfortably under a heavier waterproof coat if you are working outdoors in extreme conditions. When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear underneath to ensure a comfortable fit across the shoulders.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the appearance of your fleece is essential for preserving the professional look of your brand. We recommend following the instructions on the internal care label strictly to ensure the polyester fibres do not become damaged by excessive heat.

Avoiding high-temperature drying is particularly important, as intense heat can cause the fabric to lose its soft texture and may affect the tension of the embroidery. By washing the garment correctly, you ensure the colours remain vibrant and the fabric stays smooth and professional for longer.
