Product Overview
The Uneek Clothing UC411 Rectangular Patch Beanie is a functional piece of headwear designed to bridge the gap between thermal protection and professional branding. In colder environments, standard headwear often presents a challenge for clear customisation; this beanie solves that issue with its integrated cotton twill patch. It provides a flat, stable surface for intricate designs while maintaining the classic warmth of a knitted hat.
Key Features
- Integrated Cotton Twill Patch: Specifically engineered for printing, this patch ensures that your company logo remains sharp and legible, avoiding the distortion often seen when applying graphics directly to ribbed knitwear.
- Double Layer Knitted Fabric: By utilizing two layers of fabric, the beanie traps air more effectively, offering superior thermal insulation compared to single-layer alternatives.
- Turn-Up Design: The traditional fold-over cuff allows for an adjustable fit and provides a secondary layer of warmth around the ears and forehead, where heat loss is most prevalent.
- Unisex Fit: Designed with a versatile shape, this beanie accommodates a wide range of head sizes comfortably, making it an ideal choice for outfitting a diverse workforce.
Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% super soft acrylic, the UC411 offers a substantial, heavyweight feel without the coarseness sometimes associated with synthetic knits. The acrylic fibres are chosen for their ability to retain heat and resist moisture, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during long shifts in inclement weather. The double-layer construction adds structural integrity, preventing the beanie from losing its shape after repeated wear and laundering.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This beanie is particularly versatile when it comes to branding. The rectangular cotton twill patch is the primary focal point, designed specifically to take high-definition prints that might otherwise be lost in the texture of the knit. For those seeking a more traditional aesthetic, embroidery can also be applied to the patch or the turn-up itself for a sophisticated, textured finish.

Use Cases
The UC411 is an essential addition to the winter uniform for various sectors. It is particularly well-suited for site-based trades, logistics personnel, and outdoor event staff. Because the branding area is so prominent, it also serves as an excellent promotional item for trade shows or as part of a customer-facing corporate uniform.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best fit, we recommend positioning the turn-up so the patch sits centrally on the forehead. This ensures maximum visibility for your logo. This beanie pairs effectively with heavyweight sweatshirts or waterproof parkas for a complete thermal layering system during the winter months.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and thermal properties of the super soft acrylic, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes dirt and sweat while ensuring the knitted fibres do not shrink or lose their elasticity.
Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will break down the acrylic fibres and lead to premature fading of the black pigment. To protect the printed patch and the knit from heat damage, it is best to air dry the beanie rather than using a tumble dryer.
Ironing is generally unnecessary and should be avoided, particularly over the patch area, as excessive heat can compromise the adhesive or the print finish.
