Product Overview
The Tee Jays Women's All-Weather Winter Jacket is a sophisticated piece of outerwear designed for the professional who requires both elegance and high-level protection. Engineered with a contemporary silhouette, this jacket provides a reliable barrier against the elements without the restrictive feel often associated with heavy winter gear. By combining a technical two-layer fabric with high-performance insulation, it offers a versatile solution for varied weather conditions, ensuring you remain dry and warm throughout the working day.
Key Features
- Four-way stretch fabric: This provides exceptional freedom of movement, ensuring the jacket moves with you rather than against you during active tasks.
- Removable adjustable hood: The hood can be detached for a cleaner look or adjusted with a drawstring for a secure fit in high winds.
- Fully taped seams: Critical for moisture management, these seams prevent water ingress at the points where the fabric is joined.
- Warm-lined hidden pockets: Two front pockets are lined to provide warmth for the hands and secure storage for essentials, protected by quality SBS zips.
- Storm cuffs: Hidden elastic cuffs within the sleeves prevent cold draughts from entering, maintaining internal thermal efficiency.
- Sustainable composition: Utilising certified recycled polyester and DuPont Sorona padding, this garment supports environmental responsibility without compromising on performance.
Design & Performance
The technical merit of this jacket lies in its advanced fabric construction. The outer shell is a medium-weight, two-layer fabric composed of 88% recycled polyester and 12% elastane. This high elastane content is what facilitates the four-way stretch, a feature rarely found in traditional winter coats. Inside, the jacket is insulated with DuPont Sorona padding, which uses bio-based plant polymers to provide superior warmth-to-weight performance. The interior is finished with a smooth 310T recycled polyester lining, allowing the jacket to glide easily over mid-layers.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment has been specifically designed with customisation in mind. It is expertly prepared for embroidery, which is our recommended method for corporate branding. Embroidery provides a durable, high-relief finish for company logos, ensuring a professional appearance that withstands the rigours of winter use. For larger, more vibrant promotional designs, our Telford-based team can also apply high-quality print. Having been established in 1976, MyWorkwear has the technical expertise to ensure your branding is applied with precision, maintaining the integrity of the jacket's weatherproofing.
Use Cases
This jacket is ideally suited for corporate outdoor events, site management roles, and professional transport services. Its sleek design makes it appropriate for client-facing environments, while its technical specifications ensure it is robust enough for staff working in exposed or cold conditions.

Practical Advice
The inclusion of four-way stretch fabric means this jacket offers a more forgiving fit than standard outerwear. We recommend choosing your standard size, as the design allows sufficient room for a fleece or sweatshirt underneath without feeling restrictive. The adjustable hem with its drawstring and stopper allows you to customise the silhouette and trap heat more effectively in freezing temperatures.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical properties and water resistance of this jacket, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Using a lower temperature helps to preserve the elastane fibres and the integrity of the taped seams over time.
It is essential to wash this garment separately and ensure all SBS zippers are fully closed before the cycle begins. Leaving zips open can lead to mechanical damage to the fabric or the zip teeth themselves.
Do not tumble dry this jacket. High heat can degrade the synthetic fibres and the bio-based padding. Instead, allow it to air dry naturally. Furthermore, do not soak the garment, as prolonged immersion can weaken the adhesive used in the seam-taping process.
