Product Overview
The Stormtech Treeline 1/4-zip fleece is a meticulously engineered baselayer designed to provide a foundation for any professional workwear system. This medium-weight garment is part of the Pure Earth sustainable collection, featuring 44% recycled polyester. It effectively balances environmental responsibility with high-performance technical characteristics. The streamlined design is intended for those who require a versatile layer that manages moisture while providing consistent thermal insulation throughout the working day.
Key Features
- H2X-DRY Technology: This advanced moisture management system actively wicks perspiration away from the skin, facilitating rapid evaporation and ensuring you remain dry during physical exertion.
- Pure Earth Sustainable Collection: By incorporating recycled polyester, this garment helps businesses meet sustainability targets without sacrificing durability or performance.
- Integrated Chin Saver: This design detail provides next-to-skin comfort, preventing the zip from causing irritation during movement.
- Brushed Back Fleece: The interior surface is finished with a soft, brushed texture that traps heat effectively while maintaining high breathability.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a technical blend of polyester and spandex, this fleece offers exceptional flexibility. The spandex content ensures that the garment moves with the wearer, which is a vital requirement for tradespeople and active professionals. The medium-weight fabric is designed for durability and resilience, maintaining its shape through repeated wear. Its moisture-wicking capabilities are complemented by excellent breathability, preventing the build-up of heat when working in temperature-controlled environments or as an insulating mid-layer in colder conditions.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
This item is offered for embroidery only to ensure the highest standard of branding. The textured pile of fleece fabrics is generally unsuitable for heat-applied prints, which can peel or appear uneven over time. Embroidery provides a more professional and permanent solution, as the threads are anchored directly into the fabric. Our in-house team in Telford, with expertise dating back to 1976, ensures that every stitch is precise, providing a premium finish that reflects the quality of your business.
Use Cases
This fleece is an ideal choice for site managers, outdoor technicians, and warehouse staff who require a smart, professional appearance combined with functional performance. It is particularly effective as a layering piece for those working in the UK's unpredictable climate. With an extensive size range from Small to 6XL, it is a practical solution for outfitting a diverse workforce.

Practical Advice
The Treeline 1/4-zip is designed with a streamlined fit to work effectively as a baselayer or mid-layer. If you prefer a more relaxed fit or intend to wear thicker layers underneath, you may find it beneficial to select one size larger than your usual measurement. The 1/4-zip allows for quick ventilation, making it useful for transitioning between active tasks and stationary periods.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical integrity of the H2X-DRY fabric and the longevity of your embroidered logo, we recommend a cool wash at 30°C. Washing at lower temperatures helps to preserve the spandex fibres, ensuring the garment retains its shape and elastic properties for longer.
Please avoid the use of fabric softeners, as these can coat the moisture-wicking fibres and reduce the garment's ability to manage perspiration. We also advise against the use of bleach, which can degrade the polyester fibres and cause the embroidery threads to lose their colour. For the best results, allow the garment to air dry naturally rather than using a tumble dryer.
