Product Overview

The Women’s Stella Navigator softshell from Stanley/Stella is a sophisticated choice for professionals who require a dependable outer layer that does not compromise on fit or finish. Specifically tailored for the female silhouette, this jacket moves away from the 'one size fits all' approach, providing a structured, professional appearance that is well-suited to the demands of the working day. Constructed from a robust polyester blend, it offers a substantial feel that provides a reliable barrier against the elements while remaining comfortable for extended wear.

Key Features
  • Tailored Female Fit: Designed specifically for women, ensuring a professional silhouette that allows for ease of movement without excess bulk.
  • Substantial Polyester Blend: The fabric is engineered for resilience, meaning it will hold its shape and professional finish even after rigorous daily use.
  • Weather-Resistant Construction: The dense weave of the softshell material provides a natural barrier against wind and light rain, keeping you comfortable during site visits or outdoor transitions.
  • Versatile Colour Palette: Available in professional tones like Anthracite and Stargazer, allowing for easy integration into existing corporate uniforms.

Design & Performance

The Stella Navigator is a heavyweight garment that feels reassuringly solid. The use of a high-quality polyester blend ensures that the jacket is not only resilient but also soft to the touch, avoiding the rigid feel often associated with lower-quality workwear. Its substantial weight provides excellent insulation for cooler environments, making it an essential piece of equipment for those who spend their time between the office and the field.

The attention to detail in the construction means reinforced seams and a high-quality finish throughout. This is a garment designed to be worn, not just looked at; it stands up to the friction and movement of a busy workday without showing premature signs of wear.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This item is available with both print and embroidery customisation to suit your branding requirements. Our in-house team, based in Telford and established in 1976, handles all customisation to ensure a superior finish that reflects our decades of expertise.

Embroidery is an excellent choice for this softshell, delivering a textured, premium appearance that is ideal for company logos and staff names. It is particularly hardy, standing up to repeated washing without fading or losing its definition. For those requiring large, bold designs or a broader range of vibrant colours, our high-quality printing process is better suited to capture fine details and expansive graphics across the back or chest.

Use Cases

This softshell is ideally suited for site managers, engineers, and customer-facing staff who need to maintain a professional appearance while working outdoors or in unheated environments. It is equally effective as a team uniform for trade shows or corporate events where a unified, polished look is required.

Practical Advice

The Stella Navigator features a tailored fit; if you intend to wear it over several thick layers, such as a heavy-weight sweatshirt, you may wish to consider moving up one size to ensure total comfort. For a standard professional look over a polo shirt or blouse, your usual size should provide a sleek, efficient silhouette.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and professional finish of your softshell, it is important to treat the polyester blend with care. Proper maintenance ensures the fabric continues to repel wind and moisture effectively while keeping your custom branding in peak condition.

We recommend avoiding the use of fabric softeners during cleaning, as these can coat the fibres and reduce the natural weather-resistant properties of the softshell material. Similarly, avoiding high-heat drying processes will prevent the synthetic fibres from becoming brittle, ensuring the jacket remains supple and comfortable for the long term.
