Product Overview
The Stella Climber 2.0 by Stanley/Stella is a refined, technical solution for professionals who require lightweight insulation without compromising on style. This women’s bodywarmer is designed with a fitted silhouette, providing a sleek and authoritative appearance that is often missing from standard unisex outerwear. Constructed from 100% recycled nylon, it represents a conscious choice for businesses looking to align their uniform with sustainable values. The fully quilted design ensures consistent warmth, making it an ideal layering piece for transitioning between seasons or varying work environments.
Key Features
- A high collar serves as an effective barrier against wind, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during outdoor tasks.
- The reverse nylon zip at the centre front provides a clean, modern finish and is less prone to snagging than traditional exposed zips.
- Zipped welt pockets are equipped with extra grosgrain pullers, allowing for secure storage and easy access to essentials, even when the user is wearing gloves.
- Elastic tape binding at the armholes ensures a close fit to the body, effectively trapping heat and preventing drafts.
- An adjustable bottom hem, featuring a plastic stopper and elastic cord, allows the wearer to customise the fit to their specific body shape and weather conditions.
- Side panels are integrated into the design to enhance the feminine fit, ensuring the garment moves with the body rather than feeling restrictive.
Design & Performance
The Stella Climber 2.0 is engineered for performance in demanding professional settings. The use of 100% recycled nylon provides a durable yet lightweight outer shell that is easy to wear throughout a long shift. The interior seams are finished with binding for a clean internal appearance and improved comfort against the skin. Its featherweight nature makes it an excellent choice for staff who are constantly on the move, offering warmth without the fatigue of heavy, bulky coats. Furthermore, the inclusion of a tear-out tag makes this an ideal choice for businesses looking to fully rebrand their uniform at a high standard.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment is exceptionally well-suited for customisation, offering a smooth surface that yields superior results for both print and embroidery. Embroidery is highly recommended for creating a sophisticated and professional look, particularly for company logos or individual names positioned on the chest. For businesses requiring larger, more high-impact branding across the back, our advanced printing techniques provide a sharp, vibrant finish. All customisation is handled in-house at our Telford facility, where our team has been perfecting the art of workwear branding since 1976.
Use Cases
The versatile design of the Stella Climber 2.0 makes it suitable for various sectors, including high-end retail, hospitality front-of-house, and corporate event management. It is also an excellent choice for female tradespeople who require a core-warming layer that does not restrict arm movement. Given its sustainable credentials, it is particularly popular for organisations looking to showcase their commitment to the environment through their corporate gifting or staff uniforms.

Practical Advice
This bodywarmer features a fitted cut designed to follow the contours of the body. If you intend to wear this over a thick sweatshirt or multiple layers, you may wish to select one size larger than your usual fit to ensure full range of motion. The size range spans from XS (UK size 8) to 3XL (UK size 20), accommodating a wide variety of team members.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and aesthetic of your bodywarmer, we recommend a machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the synthetic recycled fibres and may lead to the degradation of the quilted insulation.
Do not use bleach or other harsh chemical cleaners, as these will compromise the integrity of the fabric and may cause the colour to fade prematurely. We advise against tumble drying; instead, allow the garment to air dry naturally to preserve the shape and prevent shrinkage. If necessary, iron at a low temperature only, as high heat can melt the nylon surface. Finally, do not dry clean this item, as the solvents used can strip the fabric of its protective properties.
