Practical Advice

Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and thermal properties of the recycled polyester padding, we recommend a machine wash at a maximum of 30°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the synthetic fibres and reduce the garment's ability to retain heat effectively.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Harsh chemical agents will degrade the fabric and can cause significant fading to both the gilet and your custom branding.
If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting of 110°C. Excessive heat from an iron can melt the polyester shell or damage the internal padding, leading to a loss of shape and performance.
This product must not be tumble dried. Natural air drying is essential to preserve the loft of the padding and ensure the garment does not shrink or lose its protective qualities. Similarly, do not dry clean, as the solvents used in the process can be too aggressive for the recycled materials and specialised finishes.
