Design & Performance
The performance of the Bomber 2.0 is rooted in its thoughtful construction. The outer shell is crafted from a sturdy recycled polyester that offers a professional finish and reliable durability against daily wear. Inside, the medium-weight padding provides significant insulation without creating excessive bulk, making it a versatile choice for transitional seasons. The inclusion of internal zip openings at the bottom hem and chest is a technical highlight, specifically designed to facilitate easy access for decoration machinery, ensuring that your branding is applied cleanly without interfering with the internal lining.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This garment has been specifically engineered with customisation in mind. At MyWorkwear, our Telford-based team (est. 1976) utilises these built-in decoration zips to ensure your branding is applied with precision. Embroidery is an excellent choice for this bomber, providing a professional and textured finish for company logos or staff names that stands up well to frequent use. For larger, more vibrant graphics—particularly popular for music merchandise or promotional events—our high-quality printing techniques offer bold visibility. Whether you choose the tactile finish of embroidery or the sharp detail of a print, our in-house experts ensure a superior result every time.
Use Cases
The versatile design of the Bomber 2.0 makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is an ideal choice for music merchandise, providing a premium canvas for artist branding. In a corporate environment, it serves as a sophisticated alternative to traditional fleeces or softshells. It is equally at home in the retail and hospitality sectors, where a cohesive, modern uniform is required to reflect a brand's commitment to quality and sustainability.

Practical Advice
The Bomber 2.0 is designed with a medium fit, offering a silhouette that is neither too restrictive nor overly loose. When selecting your size from our range of XXS to 3XL, consider what you intend to wear underneath; if you frequently layer over heavy sweatshirts, you may wish to size up for maximum comfort. The tear-out tag is a useful feature for those looking to re-brand the garment entirely or for individuals who prefer a distraction-free collar.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic of this recycled polyester jacket, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Using a lower temperature helps to preserve the synthetic fibres and prevents premature degradation of the quilted padding.
Bleaching agents should be strictly avoided. The harsh chemicals in bleach will damage the recycled polyester fibres and cause significant discolouration to both the garment and your custom branding.
If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting of 110°C. Excessive heat can cause the polyester to melt or develop an undesirable shine, particularly on the outer shell and ribbing.
Do not tumble dry or dry clean this garment. The mechanical action and high heat of a tumble dryer can lead to pilling and shrinkage, while dry cleaning solvents are often too aggressive for the technical components and adhesives used in modern customisation.
