Product Overview

The Russell Europe Women’s short sleeve ultimate non-iron shirt is a sophisticated choice for professionals who require a garment that maintains its composure from the start of the shift until the end. Engineered with advanced non-iron fabric technology, this shirt remains wrinkle-free, ensuring you project a sharp, professional image without the need for a morning chore with the iron. The combination of 100% cotton micro twill and a contemporary feminine silhouette makes it a staple for any high-calibre corporate wardrobe.

Key Features

  • Advanced Non-Iron Technology: The fabric is treated to resist creasing, which means the shirt stays smooth and crisp throughout a demanding workday.

  • Contemporary Feminine Fit: Shaping at the waist provides a flattering silhouette that avoids the boxy look of standard industrial shirts.

  • Relaxed Long-Edged Collar: Offers a stylish yet professional frame for the face, suitable for both open-neck wear and accessories.

  • Double Turnback Hem on Sleeves: Provides a clean, finished edge that enhances the garment's durability and visual appeal.

  • Fashionable Twin Button Fastening: Adds a subtle design detail that elevates the overall aesthetic of the shirt.

Design & Performance

Constructed from 100% cotton micro twill, this shirt prioritises wearer comfort without sacrificing performance. The lightweight fabric is breathable and soft against the skin, yet the twill weave provides a sturdy structure that holds its shape. The rounded hem allows for the shirt to be worn tucked in or left out, offering versatility in styling. Every design element, from the shaped waist to the contemporary fit, has been considered to ensure the garment performs as well as it looks in a fast-paced environment.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This shirt serves as an excellent canvas for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team’s appearance with your brand identity. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a professional and enduring finish, particularly for company logos or staff names on the chest. The micro twill weave provides a stable base for high-density stitching, ensuring your logo remains sharp and clear.

For larger, more graphic designs—perhaps for a specific event or hospitality branding—printing offers a vibrant and bold alternative. Our expert team at MyWorkwear has been refining these techniques in our Telford workshop since 1976, ensuring that every garment meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches your door.

Use Cases

This shirt is perfectly suited for hospitality environments, corporate offices, and front-of-house roles where a polished appearance is non-negotiable. Its non-iron properties make it particularly useful for frequent travellers or staff who need to maintain a high standard of dress throughout long shifts without access to laundry facilities.

Why MyWorkwear

Choosing MyWorkwear means partnering with a company that has been at the forefront of the UK workwear industry since 1976. Based in Telford, we combine decades of technical expertise with modern customisation technology. We understand that your workwear is more than just clothing; it is a representation of your business, and we treat every order with the professional attention it deserves.

Practical Advice

The contemporary fit is designed to be flattering, but we recommend reviewing our size guide to ensure the best fit for your team. This shirt layers exceptionally well under knitwear or jackets for a more formal look, or can be worn alone during warmer months thanks to the breathable, lightweight cotton fabric.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and longevity of this non-iron garment, it is essential to follow the recommended care routine. Proper maintenance ensures the fabric's wrinkle-resistant properties remain effective for as long as possible.

We recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes everyday dirt while preserving the integrity of the cotton fibres and any custom embroidery or print. Avoiding higher temperatures prevents unnecessary stress on the fabric and protects the non-iron finish.

This shirt is suitable for tumble drying. We advise using a low heat setting to prevent the fabric from becoming brittle, which helps maintain the luxurious feel of the micro twill. Taking the shirt out of the dryer while slightly damp and hanging it immediately will maximise the non-iron benefits and keep your team looking sharp with minimal effort.
