Constructed from a medium-weight fabric that blends recycled materials with high-performance stretch fibres, they provide a slim-fit silhouette that remains comfortable throughout a full shift. Whether you are navigating a complex construction site or managing logistics, these trousers offer the durability and utility expected from a premium safety garment.
Key Features
- 9-Pocket Utility System: Includes reinforced ruler pockets, multi-compartment thigh pockets, and expandable back pockets, ensuring all essential tools are within reach.
- Triple-Stitched Critical Seams: High-stress areas are reinforced with triple stitching to prevent splitting and extend the lifespan of the garment under rigorous conditions.
- Articulated Knee Zones: The pre-shaped design allows for a greater range of motion when kneeling or climbing, reducing fabric strain and wearer fatigue.
- Ankle Scuff Panels: Strategically placed panels at the hem help mask grime and resist abrasion, keeping the trousers looking professional for longer.
- Sustainable Stretch Fabric: Utilises Elastomultiester fibres that spring back to shape, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional elastane while providing moisture-wicking properties.
Design & Performance
The fabric composition is a sophisticated 50% Recycled polyester twill and 50% Elastomultiester polyester. This specific blend is chosen for its resilience; the Elastomultiester provides a unique structure that allows the fabric to stretch and recover its shape consistently, preventing the 'baggy knee' effect often seen in inferior workwear. This material is also TPU-free and elastane-free, which aids in its longevity and resistance to environmental damage. For those working in hazardous environments, the trousers meet EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 2 standards, with the orange variant further complying with RIS-3279-TOM for the rail industry.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These trousers are designed to accommodate corporate branding with ease. For a traditional and highly durable finish, we recommend embroidery on the thigh or pocket areas; it provides a sophisticated, 'proper' professional look that withstands repeated laundering. Alternatively, for larger or more complex company logos, our high-quality print process offers a bold and sharp finish. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting garment branding since 1976.
Use Cases
Given their high-visibility certification and robust construction, these trousers are ideal for construction workers, highways maintenance teams, and site engineers. The orange colourway is specifically suited for rail workers requiring RIS-3279-TOM compliance. Their smart, slim fit also makes them appropriate for supervisors and project managers who need to maintain a professional image while being site-ready.

Practical Advice
These trousers feature a slim fit design, which provides a more modern look but may feel closer to the leg than traditional work trousers. We suggest checking the size range, which spans from Small to 4XL, to ensure the best fit. For those working outdoors in the winter months, the moisture-wicking properties of the fabric make them an excellent outer layer over thermal base layers.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety certifications of these trousers, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. Maintaining the integrity of the printed safety bands is paramount for continued compliance with safety standards.
We recommend a machine wash at 40°C. Using higher temperatures can degrade the Elastomultiester fibres and cause the garment to lose its shape-retention properties. Do not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigments and weaken the polyester twill.
The trousers should be hung to dry rather than tumble dried. Tumble drying can cause unnecessary heat stress to the fabric and safety bands. If required, use a low iron setting, but avoid ironing directly over any printed safety bands or custom branding to prevent damage. Do not dry clean, as the chemicals used can strip the fluorescent dyes from the fabric.
