Product Overview
The Result Genuine Recycled Prism PU waterproof jacket represents a sophisticated approach to wet-weather protection, combining Scandinavian-inspired design with modern sustainable fabric technology. This straight-silhouette raincoat is engineered from a deluxe polyurethane fabric featuring a recycled polyester backing, offering a supple feel that avoids the rigidity often associated with traditional waterproof garments. It is a professional solution for those who require reliable shielding from the elements without compromising on environmental responsibility or wearer comfort.
Key Features
- Waterproof Welded Seams: Unlike traditional stitched seams, these welded joins create a total barrier against water ingress, ensuring the wearer remains dry in persistent rain.
- Integrated Reflective Wristbands: These discreetly positioned bands enhance visibility in low-light conditions, providing an essential safety feature for outdoor workers during winter months or evening shifts.
- Breathable Design: The inclusion of a mesh inner lining and a back vent facilitates air circulation, preventing the build-up of condensation and keeping the wearer comfortable during physical exertion.
- Functional Storage: Zipped pockets provide secure housing for tools or personal items, protecting them from the weather while remaining easily accessible.
- Extended Length and Drawcord Hem: The longer cut provides superior coverage, while the adjustable hem allows for a tailored fit to seal out wind and moisture.
Design & Performance
Constructed with a 100% Polyurethane outer and a 100% Recycled polyester backing, this medium-weight jacket is designed for durability and performance. The PU fabric is chosen for its exceptional waterproof properties and its 'soft-touch' finish, which ensures the garment remains flexible even in colder temperatures. The addition of underarm eyelets further enhances the jacket's thermal regulation capabilities.
The attention to detail extends to the zip-through collar, which features a chin guard and an inner storm flap. These elements work in tandem to prevent wind chill and skin irritation, making it suitable for long shifts in exposed environments. The integral drawcord hood and elasticated cuffs provide further protection against the unpredictable British weather.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The smooth surface of the Prism PU jacket is exceptionally well-suited for customisation. For businesses seeking a sharp, high-definition finish for complex logos or large-scale branding, our Telford-based print team can apply durable designs that stand out clearly against the jacket's finish.
For a more traditional, high-end professional appearance, embroidery is an excellent choice for smaller breast logos or staff names. Since 1976, MyWorkwear has refined the art of applying branding to technical fabrics, ensuring that the customisation process respects the integrity of the waterproof material. All work is managed in-house to maintain our rigorous quality standards.
Use Cases
This jacket is ideal for supervisory roles on construction sites, delivery personnel, and outdoor maintenance teams who require a professional appearance while braving the elements. Its clean, Scandinavian aesthetic also makes it suitable for corporate events or as a high-quality uniform for staff working in the horticultural or environmental sectors.

Practical Advice
The straight silhouette is designed to accommodate layering; however, we recommend reviewing the sizing guide to ensure the best fit over your standard work attire. For full-body protection, this jacket is designed to be paired with the R916X trousers, creating a cohesive and highly effective waterproof uniform.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance waterproof coating and ensure your branding remains intact, it is essential to follow the specific care requirements for this technical garment.
We recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Using a higher temperature can compromise the polyurethane outer and lead to premature wear of the welded seams.
Do not use bleach, as these harsh chemicals will degrade the fabric's waterproof membrane and may cause discolouration of your printed or embroidered logo.
Avoid ironing this garment entirely. The heat from an iron will melt the polyurethane fabric and permanently damage the jacket's structure.
The jacket should not be tumble dried or dry cleaned. Air drying is the only safe method to preserve the suppleness of the PU and the integrity of the recycled backing. Simply hang the garment using the integrated hang loop in a well-ventilated area.
