Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety certifications of this jacket, it should be washed at 40°C. Regular washing is important, as a build-up of dirt can reduce the effectiveness of the reflective tapes and the brightness of the fluorescent fabric.
You must not use bleach on this garment. Harsh bleaching agents will destroy the PU coating that provides the waterproof barrier and will cause the high-visibility pigments to fade prematurely.
Do not iron this jacket. The intense heat of an iron will melt the polyester outer and damage the internal wadding, effectively ruining the garment's thermal properties and waterproof integrity.
Avoid tumble drying and dry cleaning. Instead, we recommend drip line drying. High heat in a dryer can cause the taped seams to delaminate, which would compromise the jacket's ability to keep you dry in the rain.
