- High-visibility certification to Class 1 standards ensures you meet safety requirements in environments where visibility is a prerequisite for workplace safety.
Design & Performance
The primary construction features Kingsmill Polyester Stretch Eco, a lightweight yet resilient fabric blend of 93% recycled polyester and 7% elastane. This combination ensures the garment is both supple and strong. The addition of Kingsmill Polycotton contrast panels—comprising 65% polyester and 35% cotton—adds significant durability to high-wear areas. This contrast material is fully pre-shrunk and boasts superior dye retention, meaning the professional orange and black finish will not fade or distort after repeated use. The inclusion of elastane provides the necessary flexibility for tasks involving kneeling or climbing, ensuring the fabric returns to its original shape every time.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These service trousers are well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your appearance with your corporate identity. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a professional finish on logos and staff names, offering a durable solution that withstands the rigours of the workplace. For larger, more prominent branding, our high-quality printing techniques ensure your logo remains clear and impactful. Our in-house team in Telford has been perfecting these processes since 1976, ensuring your customisation is handled with expert care.
Use Cases
Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, these trousers are ideal for workers in transport, logistics, and maintenance sectors where moderate visibility is required. They are particularly effective for service engineers and delivery personnel who need a professional appearance paired with the comfort of a stretch garment for frequent movement in and out of vehicles.

Practical Advice
Due to the 4-way stretch nature of the fabric, these trousers offer a more contemporary, tailored fit than standard work trousers. If you typically wear heavy base layers during colder months, you may wish to consider the side elastication's range when selecting your size to ensure maximum comfort. These pair effectively with our hi-vis polo shirts or sweatshirts for a complete, safety-compliant uniform.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and the structural integrity of the stretch fabric, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. A domestic wash at 40°C using a normal process is recommended; exceeding this temperature can damage the elastane fibres and reduce the garment's lifespan.
Bleaching agents must be avoided, as they will degrade the fluorescent pigments and compromise the safety certification of the trousers. Similarly, do not iron or tumble dry this garment, as excessive heat can melt the synthetic fibres. We recommend drip line drying in the shade to prevent heat damage and UV-related fading.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the reflective and fluorescent qualities may diminish below the required safety standards, and the garment should be replaced to ensure continued protection in the workplace.
