Product Overview

The WX2 Eco Hi-Vis Bib & Brace represents a significant step forward in functional workwear, combining high-visibility safety with a commitment to environmental responsibility. As part of the WX2 Eco Collection, this substantial garment is engineered for those who require maximum protection and durability without compromising on comfort or mobility. The striking Orange/Black colourway ensures you remain visible in low-light conditions, while the technical fabric treatments provide a barrier against the elements.

Key Features
  • Texpel Eco Splash Resistance: This advanced finish repels water and stains, ensuring the garment stays cleaner for longer and maintains its professional appearance even in harsh conditions.
  • Stretch Panelling: Integrated flexible sections allow for an increased range of movement, preventing the fabric from pulling or restricting you during physical tasks.
  • Reflective Strips: Strategically placed high-visibility tape ensures you are easily seen by vehicles and machinery, providing essential safety in hazardous work zones.
  • Durable Construction: Built to withstand the rigours of daily trade use, the fabric is chosen for its resilience and longevity.

Design & Performance

Performance is at the heart of the WX2 Eco design. The inclusion of stretch paneling addresses the common issue of bib and brace garments feeling restrictive when bending or reaching. By allowing the fabric to move with the body, it reduces physical fatigue over a long shift. The fabric itself is substantial and sturdy, providing a reassuring weight that speaks to its quality. Furthermore, the Texpel Eco treatment is a PFC-free solution, meaning it provides excellent water and stain repulsion while being kinder to the environment.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The WX2 Eco Hi-Vis Bib & Brace is an excellent canvas for your corporate branding. For a sophisticated and permanent finish, we recommend embroidery. This method is ideal for company logos or staff names, providing a textured, high-quality look that withstands industrial laundering. If you require large, bold designs or safety messaging on the chest or back, our high-quality print process ensures vibrant colours and sharp detail.

Our expert in-house team in Telford has been perfecting customisation since 1976, ensuring that your branding is applied with precision and care to maintain the garment's integrity.

Use Cases

This garment is specifically designed for professionals in the construction, rail, and logistics sectors where high visibility is a mandatory safety requirement. Its robust nature makes it suitable for groundworks, site management, and any outdoor manual role where both upper and lower body visibility is paramount.

Practical Advice

This bib and brace is designed with a generous fit to accommodate layering. We recommend wearing it over a moisture-wicking base layer in warmer months or over thermal garments during winter to take full advantage of the bib's protective coverage. Ensure the straps are adjusted correctly to allow the stretch panels to sit in the natural pivot points of your torso for maximum comfort.

Caring for your product

To maintain the high-visibility performance and the water-repellent properties of your WX2 garment, regular cleaning is essential. Dirt and grime can mask the reflective strips and degrade the fabric over time if left untreated.

We advise following the specific laundering instructions found on the internal label. Avoid using biological detergents or fabric softeners, as these can coat the fibres and reduce the effectiveness of the splash-resistant finish. When drying, avoid direct heat sources which can damage the reflective tape and cause the technical fabrics to become brittle.
