Design & Performance
The performance of this coverall is rooted in its 300D Oxford weave polyester shell. This fabric is double PU coated, providing a formidable barrier against water ingress while remaining sturdy enough for manual labour. A stain-resistant finish has been applied to help the garment stay cleaner for longer, which is essential for maintaining a professional appearance in demanding trades. Inside, the 100% polyester lining and filling provide significant insulation, making it a reliable choice for outdoor winter work. The construction is focused on longevity, with close attention to detail in the stitching and hardware.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This coverall is well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing for a tailored brand presence. For a professional appearance that withstands the rigours of heavy-duty work, we recommend embroidery for company logos and individual names. The textured weave of the Oxford fabric provides a stable base for high-density stitching. Alternatively, large-scale print is an excellent choice for bold branding on the back of the garment. Our Telford-based team, who have been perfecting these techniques since 1976, handles all customisation in-house to ensure a superior finish.
Use Cases
This garment is ideal for professions that require prolonged outdoor activity in cold or wet weather. It is particularly suited for construction workers, tree surgeons, electricians, plumbers, and mechanics who need comprehensive body protection against the elements. The black finish and reflective elements make it a versatile option for various site requirements across the UK.

Practical Advice
As this is a padded winter coverall, consider the layers you intend to wear underneath when selecting your size. If you plan to wear a sweatshirt or multiple base layers, ensure there is sufficient room for movement, especially when bending or reaching. The zipped ankles are designed to be used with sturdy work boots; ensure these are fully zipped down after putting the garment on to maintain the waterproof seal.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the integrity of this technical garment is essential for ensuring its continued performance and safety features. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Exceeding this temperature or using harsh cycles can damage the PU coating, compromising the waterproof capabilities of the coverall.
Bleaching agents must be avoided entirely. Chlorine-based chemicals will degrade the polyester fibres and the stain-resistant finish, leading to premature wear and fading of the fabric. This garment should not be tumble dried; instead, it should be drip-lined dried. Excessive heat from a dryer can warp the reflective tape and damage the synthetic filling.
Ironing is not permitted, as the heat from the iron will melt the PU coating and the synthetic shell. Similarly, dry cleaning is not recommended, as the chemicals used can strip away the protective finishes. Please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 25 washes to ensure the reflective tape continues to meet visibility standards.
