Product Overview
The Bizflame Work+ FR Coverall is a sophisticated protective garment engineered for environments where safety is paramount but comfort cannot be compromised. Fully certified to EN13034, this coverall offers reliable protection against liquid chemicals while maintaining essential flame-resistant properties. It is a robust solution for those working in hazardous conditions, providing a comprehensive barrier without the bulk often associated with safety wear.
Key Features
- EN13034 Certification: This ensures the garment provides verified protection against limited splashes of liquid chemicals, essential for industrial safety.
- Flame Resistant Protection: The fabric is specifically treated to resist ignition, reducing the risk of burn injuries in high-heat or spark-prone areas.
- Metal-Free Closure: Featuring a secure stud and zip front that is entirely metal-free, this design is ideal for environments where non-conductivity or security screening is required.
- Superior Cotton Fabric: The base material is chosen for its breathability and natural feel, ensuring that safety does not come at the cost of the wearer's comfort during long shifts.
Design & Performance
Constructed from Bizflame Work+ fabric, this coverall uses a refined blend of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre. The high cotton content provides a medium-weight, breathable experience that allows for natural moisture wicking. The inclusion of carbon fibre is a technical necessity, providing static dissipation to prevent the build-up of electric charges that could lead to sparks.
The fabric has been treated with a specialised chemical finish to enhance its durability and protective capabilities. This treatment ensures the coverall remains a dependable piece of equipment even after repeated use in demanding settings. The fit is designed to be functional, allowing for a full range of movement without excess material becoming a snagging hazard.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
Despite its technical finish, the Bizflame Work+ FR Coverall is well-suited for customisation. For a professional appearance that conveys authority, we recommend embroidery for company logos and staff names. This creates a durable, high-quality finish that withstands the rigours of industrial work.
For larger, more prominent branding, heat-applied print is an excellent alternative, offering high visibility for your corporate identity. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting garment branding since 1976. We ensure that the application process respects the integrity of the flame-resistant fabric.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically designed for professionals in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. It is the ideal choice for workers who face the dual threat of chemical splashes and heat hazards, providing a single, unified safety solution.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear underneath. As this is a medium-weight garment, it fits comfortably over standard base layers, but if you are working in colder environments and require heavy thermal wear, you may wish to account for the extra volume to ensure ease of movement.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance standards of this protective garment, it is essential to follow the recommended care routine. We advise a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature may degrade the chemical finish and reduce the garment's protective lifespan.
Do not use bleach on this coverall, as harsh oxidising agents will compromise the flame-resistant properties and weaken the cotton fibres. If machine drying, use a low heat setting to prevent excessive shrinkage and maintain the garment's shape. For pressing, an iron temperature of up to 150°C is acceptable to keep the coverall looking professional. Finally, do not dry clean this item, as the solvents used in that process can interfere with the technical treatments applied to the fabric.
