Product Overview

The Vienna Full Face Mask (P500) represents a sophisticated solution for professionals requiring high-level respiratory protection without compromising on visibility or comfort. Manufactured in Italy, this mask is designed to meet the rigorous demands of hazardous environments, providing a complete seal and wide-angle vision. The integration of dual bayonet filter connections ensures that weight is distributed evenly across the face, reducing neck strain during extended periods of use.

Key Features
  • Panoramic Polycarbonate Visor: The expansive visor offers a wide field of vision, which is essential for maintaining situational awareness in busy or dangerous workspaces.
  • Dual Bayonet Filter Connections: This system allows for the secure attachment of two filters, providing a balanced feel and a lower breathing resistance compared to single-filter designs.
  • Six-Point Ergonomic Harness: Equipped with fast-release buckles, the harness is attached to the rigid body of the mask, ensuring a uniform and dependable seal against the face.
  • ABS Filter Holders: The use of high-quality ABS plastic for the filter holders ensures durability and a precise fit for compatible respiratory components.

Design & Performance

Constructed from high-grade thermoplastic rubber, the body of the Vienna Full Face Mask is both substantial and resilient. This material choice provides the necessary flexibility to conform to various face shapes while maintaining the structural integrity required for a Class 2 respiratory device. The rigid body design is specifically engineered to prevent the mask from collapsing under pressure, ensuring the seal remains intact even during heavy physical exertion.

Performance is further enhanced by the polycarbonate visor, which provides excellent clarity and impact resistance. The overall construction feels sturdy and purposeful, weighing enough to signify quality without becoming a burden during a full shift. It is a precision-engineered tool for those who take their safety seriously.

Why No Customisation?

We do not offer customisation, such as printing or embroidery, on the Vienna Full Face Mask. As a piece of certified Life Safety Equipment, any modification to the mask's surface or harness could compromise the airtight seal or weaken the structural materials. To ensure this product continues to meet EN 136 Class 2 standards and provides the protection you rely on, it must remain in its original, manufactured state.

Use Cases

This mask is highly recommended for professionals involved in chemical handling, heavy construction, and large-scale painting or decorating projects. It is equally suited for carpenters working with hazardous dust, welders requiring face protection, and specialists in laboratory or veterinary environments where airborne contaminants are a concern.

Practical Advice

Before use, ensure that the six fast-release buckles are adjusted symmetrically to achieve an even seal. It is important to note that filters are sold separately; please ensure you select the correct bayonet-style filters for your specific environmental hazards. We also recommend performing a negative pressure fit check every time the mask is donned to confirm the integrity of the seal.

Caring for your product

To maintain the longevity and performance of your Vienna Full Face Mask, it should be cleaned regularly after use to remove contaminants and perspiration. Failure to clean the thermoplastic rubber can lead to material degradation over time, which may eventually compromise the face seal.

The polycarbonate visor should be cleaned using a soft, non-abrasive cloth and mild soapy water. Using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials can scratch the visor, significantly reducing visibility and safety. Once cleaned, ensure the mask is stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, as UV exposure can affect the elasticity of the harness and the clarity of the visor.
