Caring for your product
Maintaining your safety trainers is essential for ensuring they continue to provide the level of protection you require. Regularly removing dirt and debris from the knitted upper and the outsole will prevent the material from degrading over time and help maintain the slip-resistant properties of the sole.
Do not attempt to machine wash these trainers. Subjecting the internal safety components to high temperatures and mechanical agitation can weaken the bond between the upper and the outsole, potentially leading to premature failure of the shoe. Instead, use a soft brush or damp cloth to clean the exterior.
Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners on the textile upper, as these can break down the synthetic fibres and cause discolouration. Similarly, do not dry the trainers near direct heat sources like radiators, as excessive heat can cause the PU outsole to become brittle and crack. Allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
