Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Work Trousers are a contemporary solution for professionals who require both high visibility and exceptional durability in their daily workwear. Engineered with a focus on modern design and wearer comfort, these trousers are constructed from Titanmill Plus polyester-cotton fabric, providing a balanced blend of breathability and resilience. The inclusion of premium HiVisTex Pro tape ensures the wearer remains visible in low-light conditions without compromising the flexibility of the garment.
Key Features
- Triple-stitched seams are utilised throughout the construction to provide maximum durability, ensuring the trousers withstand the stresses of a demanding work environment.
- Top-loading kneepad pockets allow for the easy insertion and removal of protective padding, which is essential for tradespeople spending significant time working at ground level.
- A multiway thigh pocket provides secure and easy-access storage for mobile phones, keys, and essential tools, keeping your equipment within reach at all times.
- The 600D Oxford fabric reinforcement at key abrasion points significantly extends the life of the garment by protecting high-wear areas from tears and scuffs.
Design & Performance
Performance is at the heart of the PW3 design. The primary Titanmill Plus fabric, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, offers a substantial and sturdy feel that does not sacrifice comfort. To enhance performance in harsh environments, the contrast sections are made from 600 denier polyester with a PU coating. This choice of material offers superb abrasion and tear resistance, while the water and stain-repellent finish helps the garment stay clean even during messy tasks.
The HiVisTex Pro tape is a segmented heat-seal reflective material that moves with the wearer, reducing the 'rigidity' often found with traditional solid reflective tapes. This allows for a greater range of movement while maintaining the high-visibility standards required on-site.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These trousers are well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team's appearance with your brand identity. For a professional and long-lasting finish, embroidery is the preferred choice for company logos or staff names, particularly on the thigh or rear pockets. Print is an excellent alternative for larger, bolder designs that need to stand out.
All customisation is handled by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility. With MyWorkwear having been established in 1976, we bring decades of technical expertise to every garment we brand, ensuring your logo is applied with precision and care.
Use Cases
The Orange and Black colourway makes these trousers ideal for various industries, including rail (where orange is often a safety requirement), construction, highways maintenance, and logistics. They are designed for the professional who needs a reliable, sturdy pair of trousers that offers both storage and safety features.

Practical Advice
These trousers are designed with a regular fit. When choosing your size, consider whether you will be wearing thermal base layers underneath during colder months. The top-loading kneepad pockets are designed to fit standard internal kneepads, and we recommend checking that your pads are properly seated before starting work to ensure maximum protection.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the reflective properties and fabric integrity of your trousers is essential for long-term safety and value. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating and the adhesive bond of the reflective tape.
Do not use bleach, as this will chemically break down the polyester fibres and dull the high-visibility orange pigment. Drip line drying is recommended; avoid tumble drying, as the high heat can cause the reflective tape to peel and the fabric to shrink. If ironing is required, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C and avoid direct contact with the reflective tape.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the reflective performance of the tape may diminish below safety standards, and the garment should be inspected for replacement.
