Caring for your product
To maintain the professional appearance and safety performance of your trousers, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions. A domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C is recommended. This temperature is sufficient to remove heavy soil and oils while preserving the fabric's structural integrity and the clarity of your custom branding.
We advise against the use of bleach, as this will degrade the polyester fibres and diminish the effectiveness of the hi-vis fluorescent orange fabric. Similarly, these trousers should not be tumble dried; instead, they should be drip-line dried. High heat from a dryer can damage the PU coating on the Oxford reinforcements and lead to shrinkage.
Ironing should be avoided entirely to prevent melting the synthetic fibres or damaging the reflective tape. Furthermore, these trousers are not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemicals used can strip the protective finishes from the fabric. Please be aware that the garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes to ensure the hi-vis properties remain within safety standards.
