Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Breathable 5-in-1 Jacket is an expertly engineered solution for professionals who require year-round visibility and protection. This garment is designed with versatility at its core, offering five distinct configurations to suit shifting weather conditions. It transitions effortlessly from a substantial, fully-lined winter jacket to a lightweight, breathable waterproof shell, ensuring that you remain comfortable and protected regardless of the environment.
Key Features
- Multi-functional 5-in-1 design: Offers unparalleled adaptability, allowing you to customise your level of warmth and protection throughout the seasons.
- 300D Oxford fabric with PU coating: Provides a robust, waterproof barrier that is also breathable, preventing moisture build-up inside the garment.
- Stain-resistant finish: Helps the high-visibility orange fabric stay clean for longer, maintaining the safety standards and professional look of your team.
- Integrated storage solutions: Dedicated spaces for your phone, keys, and gloves ensure that essential equipment is always secure and accessible.
- Fleece-lined inner jacket: Delivers significant thermal insulation, keeping you warm during the coldest winter shifts.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a sturdy 100% Polyester 300D Oxford weave, this jacket is built to withstand the rigours of a demanding workspace. The double PU coating provides superior water resistance, while the mesh lining in the outer jacket promotes airflow to keep you cool when active. The inner jacket is particularly noteworthy, featuring a heavyweight fleece lining that provides exceptional warmth without being overly restrictive.
The garment's durability is further enhanced by its stain-resistant finish, which is essential for hi-vis workwear. This finish ensures that oils and dirt are less likely to penetrate the fibres, extending the life of the jacket and ensuring the fluorescent orange remains effective for visibility.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The PW367 is highly suited for customisation, allowing you to showcase your brand with clarity and professional authority. For a sophisticated appearance, we recommend embroidery on the chest area. This method is particularly durable and provides a textured, premium finish for company logos or staff names.
For larger, high-impact branding on the back, our technical print service is the preferred choice. Printing allows for sharp, vibrant designs that ensure your brand is seen clearly from a distance. All customisation is handled in-house by our expert team in Telford, who have been perfecting workwear branding since 1976.
Use Cases
This jacket is an essential choice for anyone working in environments where visibility and weather protection are paramount. It is particularly well-suited for construction site managers, railway workers (in orange), and logistics personnel who frequently move between outdoor loading bays and indoor warehouses.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider how you intend to use the jacket. As a 5-in-1 system, it is designed to accommodate layers; however, if you plan to wear particularly thick knitwear beneath the inner fleece, you may wish to check the fit to ensure full range of movement is maintained. The outer shell alone provides a more relaxed fit, perfect for wet but mild spring or autumn days.
Caring for your product
To ensure this jacket continues to provide maximum protection and remains within safety compliance, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Higher temperatures can degrade the PU coating, which is essential for the garment's waterproof and breathable performance.
Bleaching must be avoided, as it will damage the polyester fibres and significantly dull the high-visibility fluorescent colour. We recommend drip line drying only; do not tumble dry, as the mechanical heat can damage the technical fabrics and the integrity of the reflective tape.
Ironing is strictly prohibited, as the direct heat will melt the synthetic materials and reflective elements. Please be aware that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes; exceeding this limit may compromise the reflective performance of the tape, which is a critical safety component.
