Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance and professional appearance of your jacket, it is essential to follow the recommended care procedures. Maintaining the fabric's integrity ensures the waterproof barrier remains effective for the life of the garment.
We recommend a very mild wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Using a harsh cycle or high heat can degrade the polyurethane coating and the water-repellent finish, significantly reducing the jacket's effectiveness in heavy rain.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Bleaching agents will damage the polyester fibres and cause the black pigment to fade, compromising the professional appearance of your uniform.
This jacket should not be tumble dried. High heat can cause the waterproof membranes to delaminate and lose their shape. Instead, we advise drip line drying, which allows the jacket to retain its structural and functional integrity.
Do not iron this product. The heat from an iron can melt the PU coating and synthetic fibres, causing permanent damage to the fabric and any applied customisation. For similar reasons, dry cleaning should be avoided as the chemicals used can strip away the specialized water and stain repellent finishes.
