Design & Performance
Constructed from Kingsmill Polycotton, this jacket utilises a balanced blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This specific composition is chosen for its resilience; the polyester provides the necessary strength to withstand daily wear and tear, while the cotton ensures the garment remains breathable and comfortable against the skin. It is a medium-weight jacket that offers a sturdy, substantial feel without being overly restrictive, making it suitable for year-round use in various UK weather conditions.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The Lille Bomber Jacket is an excellent canvas for your corporate branding. At MyWorkwear, we recommend embroidery for a superior, long-lasting finish, particularly for company logos and staff names. The dense weave of the Kingsmill fabric provides a stable base for high-quality stitching.
For larger, more impactful designs on the back of the jacket, our high-definition printing process is ideal. All customisation is handled at our dedicated facility in Telford, where our expert team—operating since 1976—ensures that your branding is applied with precision and care to maintain the professional integrity of your workwear.
Use Cases
This jacket is particularly well-suited for professionals in logistics, construction, and site management. Its balance of visibility and storage makes it a practical choice for supervisors and tradespeople who need to carry small tools or PPE accessories while remaining compliant with site safety regulations.

Practical Advice
As this is a bomber-style jacket, it features a slightly shorter cut designed to sit at the waist, which is advantageous for those who are frequently getting in and out of vehicles. For those working in colder environments, there is sufficient room to layer a sweatshirt or fleece underneath without compromising movement.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and structural integrity of this jacket, it is essential to follow the prescribed care instructions. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the reflective tape and degrade the fabric fibres over time.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleaching agents will compromise the fluorescent dyes and damage the polyester-cotton blend, leading to a loss of both safety compliance and durability.
The jacket should not be tumble dried. We advise drip line drying to ensure the garment retains its shape and to prevent heat damage to the internal fibres. If ironing is required, use a maximum sole-plate temperature of 150°C to avoid scorching the fabric.
Please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Exceeding this limit may reduce the effectiveness of the high-visibility properties, and the jacket should be inspected regularly for signs of wear or fading.
