Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on this specific product. The knitted structure of the acrylic outer is not suitable for embroidery, as the needles can pull the yarn and distort the shape of the glove. Additionally, heat-seal printing is not viable due to the small surface area and the thermal Insulatex lining, which could be damaged by the application of high heat and pressure. Caring for your product
To preserve the thermal efficiency and structural integrity of the Insulatex lining, we recommend a mild domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Washing at higher temperatures can cause the synthetic fibres to break down and may result in the gloves losing their shape.
Bleaching agents should never be used on these gloves. The chemicals in bleach will degrade the acrylic fibres and cause the polyester lining to lose its insulating properties. Similarly, the gloves should not be dry cleaned, as the solvents used in the process are too harsh for the delicate knit.
Once washed, the gloves should be line dried naturally. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the intense heat can shrink the acrylic and damage the internal thermal layer. Ironing is also prohibited, as direct heat will melt the synthetic materials and render the gloves unusable.
