Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and longevity of this T-shirt, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. Maintaining the cleanliness of the garment is vital, as dirt and grime can significantly reduce the effectiveness of the fluorescent fabric and reflective elements.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Exceeding this temperature or using harsh detergents can damage the polyester fibres and the vibrant orange dye, leading to a loss of visibility. You must not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigment and compromise the safety standards of the garment.
The T-shirt should be line dried only. You must avoid tumble drying, as the high heat can warp the fabric and degrade the reflective tapes. Similarly, do not iron this garment; the synthetic fibres and reflective materials are heat-sensitive and could melt or lose their reflective properties if exposed to direct heat.
Please note that this garment is certified for a maximum of 50 washes. After this point, the safety features may no longer meet the required certification standards, and the garment should be replaced to ensure your continued protection on the job.
