Product Overview

The B&C Inspire plus T for women is a thoughtfully engineered garment that bridges the gap between high-street fashion and durable workwear. Designed with a contemporary retail-inspired silhouette, this t-shirt offers a sophisticated medium fit that ensures a professional appearance without sacrificing comfort. Constructed from organic or organic in conversion ring-spun combed cotton, it provides a superior foundation for any business looking to align its brand with sustainable practices while maintaining a premium feel.

Key Features

  • Side-seamed construction: Unlike tubular shirts, these side seams ensure the garment retains its shape and provides a flattering, structured fit over time.

  • Reinforced neck and shoulder seams: The addition of soft binding at these critical stress points prevents the fabric from stretching out of shape, extending the lifespan of the garment under daily wear.

  • Thin collar rib: A refined design choice that contributes to a modern, professional aesthetic suitable for various business environments.

  • B&C No Label Solution: Featuring a tear-away tag, this allows for seamless rebranding or simply removes the irritation of a traditional neck label for the wearer.

Design & Performance

This heavyweight t-shirt is crafted from 100% organic ring-spun combed cotton, which undergoes a rigorous process to remove impurities and short fibres. The result is an exceptionally smooth and dense surface that feels soft against the skin but possesses the structural integrity required for a busy workday. The combed finish not only improves comfort but also ensures that the fabric does not pill easily, maintaining a professional look for longer.

The fabric choice is supported by an impressive list of ethical accreditations, including Fair Wear Foundation and PETA Approved Vegan status. This means the garment does not just perform well on the job; it meets high standards of social and environmental responsibility, which is an increasingly important consideration for the modern workforce.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The B&C Inspire plus T is a versatile canvas for your company branding. Because it is made from high-quality combed cotton, it offers a remarkably smooth surface that is ideal for both print and embroidery. Our in-house team, operating from our Telford facility since 1976, has the expertise to ensure your logo is applied with precision.

For those seeking a traditional, professional look, embroidery is the recommended choice for small logos or staff names on the chest. If your branding requires large, vibrant graphics or complex designs, our printing services provide a bold finish that stands out. Whether you choose the texture of embroidery or the clarity of print, this t-shirt is engineered to handle both with ease.

Use Cases

This garment is perfectly suited for customer-facing roles where a tidy, unified appearance is paramount. It is an excellent choice for retail staff, hospitality teams, or event professionals who require a comfortable uniform that still looks polished. Given its sustainable credentials, it is also highly popular with eco-conscious brands looking to reflect their values through their apparel.

Practical Advice

This t-shirt features a medium fit, which provides a balanced silhouette that is neither too tight nor overly baggy. We recommend checking our size guide—ranging from XS (size 8) to 2XL (size 18)—to ensure the best fit for your team. For a more layered look in cooler environments, this t-shirt works well under a sweatshirt or softshell jacket without adding unnecessary bulk.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the integrity of your garment ensures it continues to represent your business effectively. We recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Using a lower temperature helps preserve the organic cotton fibres and prevents the custom branding from degrading prematurely.

You must not use bleach on this garment. Harsh chemicals will break down the natural cotton fibres and can cause significant discolouration to both the fabric and your embroidered or printed logo.

While this t-shirt is suitable for tumble drying, we suggest doing so on a low setting to avoid excessive shrinkage. When ironing, use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with any printed areas to prevent the design from melting or peeling.

Dry cleaning is not recommended for this product. The chemicals used in the dry cleaning process are often too aggressive for the organic fabric and the adhesives used in many printing techniques.
