Product Overview
The Uneek UC314 Long Sleeve Classic T-Shirt serves as a dependable foundation for any professional uniform, bridging the gap between lightweight summer wear and heavier winter layers. Crafted from 100% ring-spun combed cotton, this garment is designed for those who require a smarter alternative to a standard short-sleeve tee without sacrificing comfort. It provides full-arm coverage and a refined finish that holds its shape and colour through the rigours of daily wear.
Key Features
- 100% Ring-Spun Combed Cotton: The combing process removes short fibres and impurities, resulting in a smoother, stronger yarn that feels superior against the skin and provides a better surface for branding.
- Reactive Dyed: This advanced dyeing process ensures the pigment bonds deeply with the cotton fibres, maintaining rich colour depth even after repeated industrial or domestic laundering.
- Enzyme Washed: This treatment provides an exceptionally soft handle and reduces the likelihood of pilling, ensuring the garment looks professional for longer.
- Twin Needle Stitching: Located on the neck and shoulders, this reinforced stitching provides essential structural integrity, preventing the seams from fraying or popping under tension.
- Taped Shoulder to Shoulder: An internal tape covers the raw edge of the shoulder seams, which improves wearer comfort and prevents the garment from stretching out of shape over time.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a medium-weight fabric, the UC314 is engineered for durability. The use of combed cotton is a deliberate choice for professionals; it offers a tighter knit that is less prone to shrinking than standard cotton. The classic crew neck design is timeless, while the long sleeves provide an extra layer of protection against the elements or minor abrasions in a workspace. The enzyme wash not only softens the fabric but also pre-shrinks it slightly, so you can be confident the fit you buy is the fit that remains.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The smooth, low-lint surface of the combed cotton makes the UC314 an excellent canvas for both print and embroidery. For a traditional, high-end professional look, we recommend embroidery for chest logos or staff names; the dense knit supports the weight of the stitching without puckering. If your branding requires large, vibrant graphics on the back or sleeves, our printing processes provide a crisp finish that adheres perfectly to the enzyme-washed fabric. All customisation is managed by our expert team in Telford, who have been perfecting these techniques since 1976.
Use Cases
This long-sleeve T-shirt is highly versatile, making it suitable for warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and retail professionals. It is also an ideal choice for event staff working in climate-controlled environments or as a unified base layer for outdoor tradespeople. Its unisex fit ensures a consistent appearance across a diverse workforce.

Practical Advice
The UC314 is a medium-weight garment that works exceptionally well as a standalone piece in autumn or as a base layer beneath a bodywarmer or softshell jacket during the winter months. Because it is 100% cotton, it offers excellent breathability, though we recommend checking our size guide to ensure a comfortable fit for active tasks.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your garment, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes dirt and perspiration while preserving the strength of the ring-spun cotton fibres.
Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will break down the reactive dyes and weaken the cotton, leading to premature fading and thinning of the material. When drying, it is best to avoid high heat to prevent natural cotton shrinkage. If ironing is required, iron on the reverse to avoid damaging any custom print or embroidery.
