Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on these specific trousers to protect the technical integrity of the garment. Applying embroidery or heat-applied prints would puncture or compromise the TPU membrane, creating points of failure where water could leak through. Furthermore, any additional branding could interfere with the certified high-visibility areas, potentially affecting your compliance with site safety standards. We provide these as-is to ensure they perform exactly as intended when the weather turns.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider that these are designed as over-trousers. We recommend checking your measurements while wearing your standard work gear to ensure the 4XL fit provides enough mobility for climbing ladders or entering vehicle cabs. Since they are lightweight, they are best paired with thermal base layers during colder winter months.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety certification of these trousers, proper maintenance is essential. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. High temperatures can damage the TPU membrane and degrade the polyester fibers, reducing the garment's lifespan.
Under no circumstances should you use bleach, as these harsh chemicals will strip the fluorescent orange pigment and weaken the fabric's structure. Line drying is mandatory; tumble drying introduces high heat that can cause the membrane to delaminate from the outer fabric, rendering the trousers no longer waterproof. Do not iron, as the synthetic materials will melt under direct heat.
Please note that these trousers have a maximum limit of 50 washes. Beyond this point, the reflective and fluorescent properties may no longer meet the necessary safety standards, and the garment should be replaced to ensure continued protection on site.
