Product Overview
The Hi-Vis Breathable 2-in-1 Contrast Reversible Jacket is a versatile solution for professionals who require adaptable safety wear across changing environments. This garment transitions seamlessly from a full jacket to a bodywarmer by way of detachable quilted sleeves, offering a practical approach to thermal regulation throughout the working day. Finished in a high-visibility Orange and Navy contrast, it is engineered to ensure you remain seen while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key Features
- 2-in-1 Design: The detachable quilted sleeves allow the garment to be converted into a bodywarmer, providing flexibility for different weather conditions and activity levels.
- Multiple Storage Pockets: Ample storage space is integrated into the design, allowing for the secure and accessible carriage of essential tools and mobile devices.
- Reversible Functionality: The reversible nature of the garment offers two distinct looks and uses within a single item, maximizing its utility for the wearer.
- Stain Resistant Finish: The outer fabric is treated to repel oil and water, ensuring the jacket remains clean and the high-visibility properties are not compromised by dirt.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a robust 300D Oxford weave polyester, this jacket is built to withstand the rigours of daily site work. The fabric features a double PU coating, which provides a reliable barrier against moisture while remaining breathable to prevent overheating. The interior body lining utilizes a peach finish polyester, which offers a soft, comfortable feel against the skin or base layers.
For warmth, the jacket is medium-weight with quilted insulation in both the body and sleeves. This ensures thermal retention without excessive bulk. The contrast navy panels are strategically placed in areas prone to soiling, helping the garment maintain its high-visibility standards for longer. This product meets EN ISO 20471 Class 1 standards, providing an essential level of safety for various industrial applications.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This jacket is well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team's appearance with your corporate identity. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a sophisticated, professional finish on breast logos or individual names, offering high durability that stands up to repeated washing.
For larger, more impactful branding on the back of the jacket, our high-quality print process ensures your logo remains bold and visible. Our experienced in-house team at MyWorkwear has been perfecting these techniques since 1976 at our Telford facility, ensuring every garment meets our exacting standards before it reaches you.
Use Cases
This garment is designed for professionals in sectors such as logistics, construction, and light civil engineering where Class 1 visibility is required. Its reversible and adaptable nature makes it particularly useful for supervisors or tradespeople who move between public-facing roles and active site work.

Practical Advice
Given the insulated nature of the quilted lining and sleeves, this jacket is excellent for layering over a sweatshirt or polo shirt. If you intend to wear particularly thick layers underneath, you may wish to consider the generous fit to ensure full range of movement is maintained.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety certifications of this jacket, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating and reduce the effectiveness of the breathable membrane.
Bleaching agents must be avoided at all costs. The use of bleach will degrade the fluorescent pigments in the fabric, quickly rendering the jacket non-compliant with safety standards and weakening the polyester fibres.
This garment should not be tumble dried or ironed. High heat from a dryer or iron can melt the synthetic fibres and the reflective tape. Instead, we recommend drip line drying to preserve the shape and integrity of the jacket. Additionally, dry cleaning is not suitable as the solvents used can strip the stain-resistant finish.
Please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 25 washes. Beyond this point, the high-visibility properties may fall below the required safety thresholds, and the garment should be inspected for replacement.
