Practical Advice
Given the insulated nature of this winter jacket, it is designed to be worn over standard work attire. If you intend to wear multiple thick layers underneath, such as a heavy sweatshirt or fleece, you may wish to consider the generous fit to ensure full range of motion while working. The orange hi-vis fabric is best paired with matching hi-vis trousers for full compliance in high-risk environments.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance and high-visibility properties of this jacket, it is vital to follow the care instructions precisely. Failure to do so may degrade the reflective materials and the waterproof coating.
We recommend a maximum wash temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating and reduce the lifespan of the garment. Do not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigment and compromise the safety standards of the jacket.
The jacket should be drip line dried only. Do not tumble dry, as the high heat from a dryer can warp the synthetic fibres and damage the internal insulation. Similarly, do not iron this garment; the outer polyester and PU coating are susceptible to melting under direct heat.
This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemicals used can strip away the stain-resistant finish. Please note that this jacket has a maximum limit of 50 washes; beyond this point, the high-visibility properties may no longer meet the required safety certifications, and the garment should be replaced to ensure continued protection.
