Caring for your product
To ensure the longevity of the waterproof coating and the effectiveness of the high-visibility materials, it is essential to follow specific maintenance guidelines. Maintaining the fabric's integrity ensures that the garment continues to perform as intended throughout its lifespan.
Wash the jacket at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. High-temperature washing can degrade the PU coating and damage the reflective tape. Do not use bleach, as this will chemically strip the high-visibility dyes and weaken the synthetic fibres.
This garment should be drip line dried only. Never tumble dry this jacket, as the intense heat of a dryer can cause the waterproof membrane to crack and peel. For the same reason, ironing is strictly prohibited; excessive heat will melt the polyester shell and destroy the internal insulation.
Finally, please note that this garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes. Exceeding this limit may reduce the reflective properties below safety standards. Do not dry clean, as the solvents used in the process can dissolve the protective finishes.
