Product Overview

The EAGLE FFP3 Valved Dolomite Fold Flat Respirator represents a significant advancement in disposable respiratory protection. Engineered to meet the stringent EN 149 FFP3 standards, this respirator provides a high level of filtration against solid and liquid particles. Its unique construction features an innovative seven-part dynamic design, which allows for a greater range of facial movement than traditional cup-shaped masks, ensuring the seal remains intact even while the wearer is speaking or moving during strenuous tasks. Each mask is individually wrapped in a polybag, making it a hygienic and practical choice for busy workplaces and vending machine distribution.

Key Features
  • Seven-Part Dynamic Design: This sophisticated structure provides excellent facial movement and ensures the mask adapts to the contours of the face for a more secure and reliable fit.
  • High-Performance Exhalation Valve: The integrated valve effectively reduces heat and moisture build-up inside the mask, significantly improving comfort during extended periods of use.
  • Dolomite Optional Clogging Test: Passing the Dolomite test ensures the mask maintains its breathability and filtration efficiency for longer, even in exceptionally dusty environments.
  • Inner Comfort Foam: A soft foam lining around the bridge of the nose provides a superior seal and prevents the discomfort often associated with lower-quality disposable respirators.
  • Fold-Flat Portability: The compact folding design allows the respirator to be easily stored in a pocket or toolkit without damaging the filter media.

Design & Performance

Constructed primarily from high-grade Polypropylene (PP) with a PU foam inner seal, this respirator is built for both durability and comfort. The material is a lightweight fabric that provides a high degree of filtration without being cumbersome to wear. The FFP3 rating indicates that it is capable of filtering out at least 99% of airborne particles, including very fine dusts and oil- or water-based mists. The inclusion of the exhalation valve is a critical performance feature, as it lowers breathing resistance, which is vital for maintaining worker productivity and compliance over the course of a full shift.

Why No Customisation?

As a piece of certified Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE), this respirator cannot be customised. Any form of printing or embroidery would compromise the integrity of the filter material and the structural seal of the mask. Altering the product in any way would void its safety certification and, more importantly, put the wearer at risk by allowing contaminants to bypass the filtration system. We prioritise your safety above all else.

Use Cases

This respirator is designed for use in environments where high-level protection is a necessity. It is particularly well-suited for professionals in construction, chemical handling, and woodworking. It is also frequently used by healthcare professionals, vets, and dental staff who require FFP3-level protection against airborne pathogens. Whether you are a plumber dealing with insulation or a welder working in confined spaces, this mask provides the necessary barrier against hazardous particulates.

Practical Advice

To ensure maximum protection, it is essential that a proper fit-test is conducted for every user. Facial hair can prevent a proper seal, so it is recommended that users are clean-shaven in the area where the mask meets the skin. When fitting the mask, ensure the straps are positioned correctly—one at the crown of the head and one at the nape of the neck—and pinch the nose clip firmly to the bridge of your nose.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the performance of your respiratory protection starts with proper storage. Because these are disposable items, they are intended for single-shift use only. Between uses during a single shift, the mask should be kept in its original polybag to prevent contamination from the surrounding environment.

Do not attempt to wash or clean this respirator. Applying water, detergents, or alcohol-based sanitisers will destroy the electrostatic properties of the filter material, rendering the mask ineffective against fine particulates. If the mask becomes damaged, wet, or if breathing becomes difficult, it must be disposed of immediately and replaced with a fresh unit.

Store your supply of respirators in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Exposure to high humidity or extreme temperatures before use can degrade the materials and the elasticated headbands, potentially compromising the fit and protection levels when the mask is eventually deployed.
