Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% Polyester Pongee with a PVC coating, the outer shell is specifically chosen for its durability and resistance to moisture. The Pongee weave provides a smooth, professional finish that resists tearing, while the PVC layer acts as a barrier against water ingress. Inside, the garment features a 100% polyester lining and a thick polyester filling. This combination creates a substantial, well-insulated garment that provides significant thermal retention without being overly cumbersome.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The S415 Classic Bodywarmer is an ideal canvas for corporate branding. For a high-end, professional appearance that withstands the rigours of daily wear, we recommend embroidery for your company logo or staff names. The stable fabric of the bodywarmer provides an excellent base for high-density stitching.
Alternatively, if you require large, high-impact branding across the back, our heat-applied print processes are an excellent solution. Our in-house production team in Telford has been perfecting these techniques since 1976, ensuring every garment that leaves our facility meets our exacting standards for quality and durability.
Use Cases
This bodywarmer is particularly well-suited for tradespeople, delivery drivers, and warehouse staff who frequently move between indoor and outdoor environments. It provides the necessary warmth for cold mornings while offering the breathability and freedom of movement required for physical labour. The black colourway ensures a professional appearance that effectively hides the inevitable dust and grime of a busy workday.

Practical Advice
As a bodywarmer, this item is designed for layering. We recommend wearing it over a medium-weight sweatshirt or a long-sleeved polo shirt for maximum thermal efficiency. When choosing your size, consider whether it will be worn over bulky winter clothing to ensure a comfortable fit that doesn't restrict movement at the waist or armholes.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of the PVC coating and the internal insulation, proper care is essential. Following these instructions will also help preserve the integrity of your embroidered or printed branding.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature can damage the polyester fibres and may cause the PVC coating to degrade prematurely.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleach is a harsh chemical that will strip the colour from the fabric and weaken the structural integrity of the polyester yarns.
This garment should not be tumble dried. High heat in a dryer can cause the synthetic materials to warp or shrink. Instead, the bodywarmer should be hung to drip line dry, which allows it to retain its shape and ensures the internal filling remains evenly distributed.
Do not iron this product. The high direct heat of an iron will melt the PVC coating and damage the polyester shell and lining. If wrinkles occur, they will typically naturally fall out during the line-drying process.
Finally, do not dry clean this garment. The solvents used in dry cleaning are too aggressive for the PVC-coated fabric and could cause permanent damage to the weather-resistant properties of the bodywarmer.
