Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and thermal properties of your gilet, please observe the following care instructions. We recommend a mild process wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Using a gentle cycle prevents excessive agitation which can damage the synthetic insulation and the technical shell.
Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will strip the anti-static finish and degrade the deep black pigment of the nylon panels. This garment should be drip-line dried rather than tumble-dried; high heat in a dryer can cause the polyester filling to clump and the nylon shell to shrink or warp.
Do not iron this gilet, as the synthetic materials—specifically the nylon and polyester—are heat-sensitive and direct contact with a hot iron will likely cause permanent damage to the fabric surface. Finally, do not dry clean, as the solvents used in the process can compromise the technical coatings and the elasticity of the contrast fabric.
