Product Overview
The Zoe Shoe S1P SRC from the Miss Base collection is a refined safety footwear solution specifically designed to accommodate the ergonomic needs of the female foot. This low-profile shoe strikes a sophisticated balance between a professional aesthetic and industrial-grade protection. Featuring a robust suede leather upper in a distinct Black and Fuchsia colourway, it provides a reliable choice for professionals who require certified safety without the bulk often associated with traditional work boots.
Key Features
- Steel toe-cap: Provides essential protection with a 200-joule resistance, shielding the forefoot from impact and heavy falling objects.
- SmellStop antibacterial lining: An innovative permanent treatment that prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, ensuring the interior remains fresh and hygienic over long periods of wear.
- Fresh'n Flex insole: A high-performance fabric puncture-resistant layer that protects the sole of the foot from sharp objects while maintaining full flexibility.
- Anti-fatigue AirTech sole: This single-density PU sole is designed to provide exceptional cushioning, significantly reducing physical strain during long shifts on hard surfaces.
- Hydrocarbon resistance: The outsole is engineered to resist degradation when in contact with oils and fuels, ensuring the longevity of the shoe in industrial environments.
Design & Performance
The Zoe shoe is defined by its focus on user comfort through the integration of the AirTech system. By utilising a single-density PU in the midsole and outsole, the shoe offers a lightweight and supple feel that mimics the movement of the foot. This is particularly beneficial for those who are constantly mobile, as it helps to distribute weight evenly and absorb shock in the heel region.
The choice of suede leather for the upper is not merely aesthetic; it offers a high degree of breathability and flexibility, allowing the shoe to conform comfortably to the wearer's foot. Performance is verified by the EN ISO 20345:2022 S1P SRC standard, which guarantees not only toe and midsole protection but also the highest level of slip resistance on both ceramic and steel surfaces lubricated with water and detergent or glycerine.
Why No Customisation?
We supply the Zoe Shoe as-is to ensure that its technical safety specifications are never compromised. Modifications such as embroidery or heat-pressing logos can damage the integrity of the suede leather or interfere with the internal safety components. To maintain the full EN ISO 20345:2022 certification and ensure your protection is not invalidated, we recommend using this footwear in its original manufactured state.
Use Cases
This shoe is ideally suited for indoor industrial roles, including light manufacturing, electronics assembly, and logistics. It is a particularly popular choice for warehouse managers and supervisors who require a professional appearance while needing to step into zones where safety footwear is mandatory. Furthermore, its compliance with DGUV112-191 makes it suitable for those who require orthopaedic footbed modifications.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, please consider the thickness of your work socks, as a snug but comfortable fit is essential for safety footwear to function correctly. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend opting for the larger size to allow for foot swelling during a long shift. Ensure the laces are securely fastened to prevent heel slip, which can cause premature wear to the SmellStop lining.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and appearance of your suede safety shoes, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft suede brush to remove surface dust. Allowing dirt to build up can eventually damage the fibres of the leather and reduce its breathability. If the shoes become wet, always allow them to dry naturally in a temperate room; placing them against a radiator can cause the leather to become brittle and the soles to delaminate.
The antibacterial lining is designed to keep your feet fresh, but for the best results, we suggest rotating your footwear to allow them to air out completely between uses. This practice extends the life of the SmellStop technology. Please note that these shoes are not suitable for machine washing, as the moisture and heat will compromise the structural adhesives and the steel toe-cap housing.
