Product Overview

The Grouse Quarter Zip Sweatshirt in black is a well-engineered garment designed to provide a professional appearance while maintaining the comfort required for a demanding workday. This extra-small variant offers a streamlined fit, making it an excellent choice for staff who require a smart, cohesive uniform that doesn't sacrifice mobility. The deep black colour provides a neutral, authoritative base that complements a wide range of corporate identities.

Key Features
  • Quarter-zip collar: This design allows for quick temperature adjustment and provides a more formal aesthetic than a standard crew neck sweatshirt.
  • Ribbed cuffs and waistband: These ensure the garment stays in place during physical activity and help to retain its shape after multiple washes.
  • Soft-handle fabric: The interior is finished to be gentle against the skin, ensuring comfort during long shifts in varied environments.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a medium-weight fabric, the Grouse Quarter Zip Sweatshirt provides essential warmth without the restriction of a heavy jacket. The fabric choice prioritises durability, with reinforced stitching at key stress points to prevent premature wear. Its performance is balanced for indoor and outdoor use, providing a breathable layer that manages moisture effectively when the pace of work increases.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This sweatshirt is a superior choice for customisation. Its stable fabric surface is perfectly suited for high-quality embroidery, which we recommend for company logos or individual names to achieve a high-end, professional finish. For those requiring larger, more prominent branding across the back, our print services offer sharp detail and vibrant colours. Our specialist team in Telford, established in 1976, oversees the entire process to ensure your branding is applied with precision.

Use Cases

This garment is ideal for a variety of roles, including site supervisors, technical engineers, and retail staff. Its professional silhouette makes it suitable for customer-facing environments, while its sturdy construction ensures it can handle the rigours of warehouse or light industrial work.

Why MyWorkwear

MyWorkwear has been a trusted name in the industry since 1976. We operate from our expert facility in Telford, where we combine decades of technical knowledge with modern customisation techniques. Our heritage is built on understanding the specific needs of British businesses and delivering garments that perform as hard as the people wearing them.

Practical Advice

For those in more active roles, we suggest checking the XS dimensions against your existing workwear to ensure a full range of movement. This sweatshirt layers excellently over a lightweight polo or t-shirt, providing a versatile solution for changing seasonal temperatures.

Caring for your product

To ensure the longevity of both the garment and your custom branding, proper care is essential. Maintaining the fabric's integrity starts with sensible laundering practices that prevent the breakdown of fibres and the fading of the black dye.

We recommend washing the garment inside out. This simple step protects the embroidery or print from the abrasive action of the washing machine drum and other garments, ensuring your logo remains crisp and professional for a longer period.

Avoid the use of high-heat drying methods where possible. Excessive heat can cause the fabric to shrink unevenly and may damage the adhesive used in certain printing processes. Air drying is the most effective way to preserve the original fit and finish of the sweatshirt.
