Product Overview
The Larkwood Fleece All-in-one is a thoughtfully designed garment tailored for the youngest members of the team. Crafted from a medium-weight brush-back fleece, this garment provides essential warmth while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel against the skin. It features a playful hood with ear details and a functional kangaroo pocket, blending a charming aesthetic with the practical durability required for infant wear. The inclusion of a longline zip ensures that dressing is a straightforward process, making it a reliable choice for nurseries, outdoor events, or as part of a professional infant-wear range.
Key Features
- Longline zip: The extended length of the YKK zip allows for significantly easier access, simplifying the process of dressing and undressing toddlers.
- Hood with ear details: The integrated hood includes a soft single Jersey lining for extra comfort and features decorative ears for a distinctive look.
- Kangaroo pocket: A classic front pocket provides a familiar design element while offering a small space for keeping hands warm.
- Flat-lock stitching: This construction method ensures that seams lie flat, reducing skin irritation and increasing the overall strength of the garment.
Design & Performance
This all-in-one is constructed from a blend of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, a combination chosen for its thermal efficiency and breathability. The brush-back fleece interior creates a soft pile that traps heat effectively, making it an ideal layer for cooler conditions. The fabric is durable enough to withstand the rigours of active play while maintaining its shape. Furthermore, the garment is tag-free, which not only provides a cleaner look but also eliminates potential points of irritation for the wearer.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
Due to the plush, textured surface of the brush-back fleece, this garment is suitable for embroidery only. The deep pile of fleece fabric makes it difficult for printed designs to adhere smoothly and permanently. Embroidery, however, involves stitching the design directly into the fabric, which provides a high-quality, long-lasting finish that can withstand frequent laundering. Our in-house embroidery team, established in 1976, uses precision machinery to ensure that your branding is rendered with absolute clarity, reflecting the professional standards of your business.
Use Cases
This fleece all-in-one is perfectly suited for nursery uniforms, children's activity centres, or as branded merchandise for family-oriented businesses. It serves as an excellent outer layer for winter seasonal events or outdoor promotional activities where maintaining warmth is a priority.

Practical Advice
When selecting a size, we recommend considering any layers that may be worn underneath. A slightly more generous fit will ensure the wearer has full freedom of movement and remains comfortable throughout the day. The longline zip is particularly advantageous when dealing with multiple layers, saving time and reducing fuss.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the thermal properties and soft texture of the fleece requires careful laundering to ensure the garment remains in service for as long as possible.
We recommend a domestic wash at 40°C using a synthetic cycle. High temperatures can damage the polyester fibres and lead to excessive shrinkage of the cotton. It is important to wash dark colours separately to prevent any dye transfer that could affect the appearance of the fabric or the embroidered logo.
Do not use bleach, as this will break down the fabric fibres and cause significant discolouration. We advise against tumble drying; instead, allow the garment to air dry naturally to prevent the fleece from pilling or losing its shape. If ironing is required, use a medium setting and ensure you do not iron directly over the embroidered motif, as the heat can melt the embroidery threads and ruin the decoration.
