Design & Performance
Crafted from a 100% cotton flannel weave, this all-in-one offers a brushed texture that is exceptionally soft to the touch. The lightweight nature of the flannel provides just the right amount of warmth for indoor wear without the risk of overheating. The fabric is woven for durability, ensuring it retains its structure and soft handle even after multiple trips through the washing machine. Every detail, from the chest pocket to the sleeve cuffs, has been engineered to provide a premium feel that exceeds standard infant sleepwear.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
Despite its traditional tartan pattern, this garment is an excellent candidate for customisation. Embroidery is particularly effective on the self-fabric chest pocket, offering a professional and permanent way to add initials or small logos for a high-end finish. For those looking to make a bolder statement, such as for festive promotions or branded gifts, print allows for vibrant designs to be applied across the chest or back. All customisation is handled in-house at our Telford facility, where our team has been perfecting the art of garment decoration since 1976.
Use Cases
This all-in-one is perfectly suited for boutique retail environments, festive corporate gifting, or as part of a high-quality seasonal nursery uniform range. It is a popular choice for businesses looking to provide a thoughtful, branded gift for employees with new arrivals, or for photographers requiring coordinated outfits for seasonal family portrait sessions.

Practical Advice
The size range extends from 0/6 months up to 24/36 months. We recommend checking the specific measurements for the chest to ensure a comfortable fit that allows for natural movement. As babies grow quickly, many of our customers find that opting for a size slightly larger than currently required provides better longevity and value from the garment.
Caring for your product
To maintain the integrity of the cotton flannel and the vibrance of the tartan pattern, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C on a synthetic cycle. Washing at higher temperatures can lead to fabric shrinkage and may affect the longevity of any custom embroidery or print.
Do not use bleach or dry clean this garment, as these processes involve harsh chemicals that can break down the natural cotton fibres and cause the colours to bleed. We also advise washing dark colours separately to prevent any dye transfer during the cycle.
This garment should not be tumble dried. Instead, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight, which can make the fabric feel stiff and cause the tartan pattern to fade. If required, use a low iron setting to smooth the fabric, taking care to iron on the reverse of any customisations.
