Product Overview
The Callaway Stormlite III jacket represents a serious investment in weather protection for the professional who refuses to let a British downpour disrupt their schedule. Engineered for the golf course but equally suited to any outdoor professional environment, this jacket balances technical performance with the refined aesthetic expected of the Callaway brand. Constructed from a lightweight fabric, it provides a sophisticated barrier against the elements without the bulk often associated with traditional waterproof outerwear.
Key Features
- 10,000 MMU waterproofing ensures you remain dry even during prolonged exposure to heavy rain, maintaining comfort and focus on the task at hand.
- Aquaguard waterproof zips prevent moisture from seeping through the fastenings, protecting both the wearer and any items stored in the side pockets.
- An adjustable toggle hem allows for a bespoke fit, ensuring the jacket stays in place and prevents cold drafts from entering from below.
- Contrast side panels enhance the garment's visual profile while offering a streamlined fit that does not restrict movement.
- Branding elements, including the Callaway Tour logo on the sleeve and the Chev logo on the collar, provide a mark of quality and professional standing.
Design & Performance
This jacket is crafted from a lightweight 100% polyester fabric that prioritises mobility and breathability. Despite its featherweight feel, the technical construction provides a robust defence against wind and water. The inclusion of Aquaguard zips is a critical design choice, ensuring that the most vulnerable points of the garment remain sealed against the weather. The overall performance is geared towards high-activity scenarios where staying dry and maintaining a full range of motion are equally important. It is a well-engineered garment that feels as substantial as it is protective.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
At MyWorkwear, we understand that professional branding is essential. The Callaway Stormlite III is well-suited to both print and embroidery. Embroidery is recommended for company logos or staff names, providing a textured, high-quality finish that complements the premium nature of the jacket. For those requiring larger, more prominent designs, our printing services offer a sharp and durable alternative.
Our experienced in-house team, based in Telford since 1976, oversees every aspect of the customisation process. We ensure that your branding is applied with precision, maintaining the integrity of the jacket’s performance while ensuring your team presents a superior finish.
Use Cases
While originally designed for the golf course, the Stormlite III is an excellent choice for corporate hospitality events, outdoor site visits, or as a premium addition to a professional team's uniform. It is ideal for individuals who require a smart, high-performance outer layer that transitions seamlessly from active outdoor work to a business environment.

Practical Advice
The Stormlite III is designed with a professional fit in mind. We recommend consulting our sizing guide, which ranges from Small (37/38" chest) to 2XL (50/52" chest), to ensure the best fit for layering over mid-layers or shirts. Given its lightweight construction, it serves as an excellent final layer in a technical layering system without adding unnecessary weight.
Caring for your product
To preserve the technical performance and the waterproof membrane of this jacket, it is essential to follow the care instructions meticulously. Machine wash the garment at a cold 30°C with similar colours. Using a higher temperature could damage the synthetic fibres and compromise the 10,000 MMU rating.
Always fasten all zips before washing to prevent the metal or plastic teeth from snagging the lightweight fabric. It is vital to avoid fabric softeners and dryer sheets; these chemicals coat the fibres and can strip away the jacket's water-repellent finish, effectively rendering it useless in a storm.
If drying is required, use a tumble dryer on a low temperature setting to maintain the garment's shape. When ironing, use a cool setting and ensure you do not iron directly onto the printed labels or logos, as high heat will cause these to melt or peel. This garment should not be dry cleaned, as the harsh chemicals used in the process can degrade the technical waterproofing.
