Caring for your product
To maintain the high absorbency and soft hand feel of the organic cotton, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively cleans the fibres while preserving the integrity of the fabric and any custom branding.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will damage the organic fibres and cause significant discolouration to both the towel and your embroidered or printed logo.
We advise against using fabric softeners. While they may seem beneficial, they coat the cotton fibres in a silicon layer that significantly reduces the towel's natural absorbency over time.
Tumble dry on a low heat setting to maintain the plushness of the terry towelling. If ironing is required, use a medium 'two-dot' setting, but take care to iron around any printed areas to avoid damage to the design.
Always wash with similar colours to prevent dye transfer, which can dull the appearance of white or light-coloured organic cotton.
