Product Overview

The Tee Jays Zepelin bodywarmer is a refined, lightweight layering solution designed for professionals who require warmth without the restrictive bulk of a traditional jacket. Constructed from high-quality 300T fabric made entirely from certified recycled polyester, this garment offers a streamlined, shaped fit that maintains a professional silhouette. It serves as an essential piece of equipment for year-round use, providing thermal protection during transitional seasons or acting as a low-profile insulating layer in colder environments.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The smooth, technical surface of the Zepelin bodywarmer makes it an ideal canvas for corporate branding. For those seeking a superior, long-lasting finish, embroidery is the recommended choice for company logos and individual staff names, providing a textured and sophisticated appearance. Our Telford-based team, established in 1976, utilises precision machinery to ensure every stitch meets our high standards.

If your branding requires large-scale graphics or bold, flat colours, this garment also supports high-quality printing. By managing all customisation in-house, we ensure that your branding is applied with technical accuracy, maintaining the integrity of the recycled polyester fabric.

Key Features
  • Two large front pockets: These provide ample and accessible storage for essential tools or mobile devices.
  • Internal pocket: Offers a secure location for valuables, keeping them protected and close to the body.
  • SBS zips: High-specification zippers ensure reliable operation and longevity, even with frequent daily use.
  • Shaped fit: A modern, tailored cut ensures a professional appearance while reducing excess fabric that can interfere with movement.
  • Certified recycled materials: The use of 100% recycled polyester for the main fabric, padding, and lining supports sustainability initiatives without compromising on performance.

Design & Performance

The performance of the Zepelin bodywarmer is rooted in its 300T recycled polyester construction. This fabric is specifically chosen for its wind-resistant properties and soft-touch finish. The lightweight padding provides consistent thermal insulation, while the overall construction remains breathable enough for active work. Furthermore, the garment is certified under Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Amfori BSCI, ensuring that it meets rigorous ethical and safety standards for textile production.

Use Cases

This bodywarmer is perfectly suited for corporate staff working in climate-controlled warehouses, site managers requiring a professional look while outdoors, or field-based technicians who need to maintain core warmth while keeping their arms free for manual tasks. Its clean design also makes it appropriate for customer-facing roles where a tidy, uniform appearance is required.

Practical Advice

The Zepelin features a shaped fit, so if you intend to wear it over heavy jumpers or thick sweatshirts, you may wish to consult our size guide to ensure adequate room for movement. For a sleeker look over a professional shirt or lightweight polo, your standard size should provide a comfortable, tailored fit.

Caring for your product

To maintain the technical performance and aesthetic appeal of your bodywarmer, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature helps preserve the recycled fibres and prevents the padding from losing its loft.

It is essential to wash this garment separately from other items to prevent any potential colour migration. Always ensure the SBS zippers are fully closed before washing; this prevents the metal hardware from snagging the 300T fabric or damaging the internal lining.

Do not tumble dry this garment. High heat can damage the recycled polyester padding and lead to a loss of shape. Similarly, do not soak the bodywarmer, as prolonged immersion can affect the integrity of the recycled materials. Following these steps ensures your custom branding and the garment itself remain in professional condition for longer.
