Caring for your product
Maintaining the performance and appearance of your microfleece gilet is essential for ensuring it continues to protect you from the elements while looking professional. Proper care will preserve both the fabric's soft texture and the integrity of your embroidered logo.
We recommend a domestic wash at 40°C, though this garment is technically safe to wash at 60°C if a deeper clean is required. Continually washing at excessively high temperatures may eventually degrade the synthetic fibres, so 40°C is preferred for longevity.
Do not use bleach on this gilet. The harsh chemicals in bleach will cause the polyester to discolour and can weaken the embroidery threads, leading to premature fraying of your company branding.
Ironing should be avoided entirely. Because this is a synthetic microfleece, the heat from an iron can melt the fibres, creating permanent shiny marks or holes. Fortunately, the fabric is naturally crease-resistant and dries very quickly without the need for heat.
We advise against tumble drying or dry cleaning. The gilet is designed to air dry in minutes; using a tumble dryer can lead to unnecessary shrinkage or damage to the zip. Simply hang the garment after washing to maintain its shape and finish.
