Product Overview

The Tee Jays Womens hybrid-stretch hooded jacket represents a sophisticated advancement in professional outerwear, specifically engineered for the modern workplace. This garment bridges the gap between a traditional insulated jacket and a performance mid-layer. By combining a medium-weight insulated body with high-stretch fleece panels, it provides targeted warmth where it is most needed while allowing for an unrestricted range of motion. The tailored fit is designed to complement the female silhouette, ensuring that your team maintains a sharp, professional appearance without compromising on comfort or functionality during active duties.

Key Features
  • Tailored fit designed specifically for women to provide a professional and contemporary appearance on-site or in the office.
  • Two hidden front pockets with SBS zips provide secure storage for essential items while maintaining a sleek, uninterrupted aesthetic.
  • A dedicated inner pocket offers a discreet space for sensitive items or personal mobile devices.
  • Elastic banding at the bottom hem and cuffs ensures a snug fit that helps to retain body heat and prevent cold draughts.
  • Fixed hood design provides immediate protection against the elements during outdoor transitions.
  • Integrated stretch panels in the sides and sleeves allow for natural movement, making it ideal for staff who are constantly on the move.

Design & Performance

The technical construction of this jacket is what sets it apart. The main body utilizes a 300T recycled polyester fabric, which is both durable and environmentally conscious. Inside, the insulation is provided by premium DuPont Sorona padding, which incorporates bio-based plant polymers to offer high-performance thermal retention with a reduced environmental footprint. The lining is a smooth 380T recycled polyester, allowing the jacket to glide easily over base layers.

Performance is further enhanced by the hybrid design. While the padded sections protect the core from wind and cold, the fleece panels (composed of polyester and elastane) provide the breathability and elasticity required for physical tasks. This combination ensures the wearer stays warm but does not overheat when the pace of work increases.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This jacket has been specifically prepared for embroidery, making it an excellent canvas for your company branding. Embroidery is the recommended choice for this style of garment, as it provides a permanent, high-quality finish for corporate logos or staff names that reflects the premium nature of the jacket. The smooth surface of the polyester panels also allows for precision printing if larger, bold designs are required for high-impact branding.

Our expert team in Telford has been handling workwear customisation since 1976. We ensure that every stitch and every print is executed with the technical precision required to maintain the integrity of the garment’s performance fabrics.

Use Cases

This hybrid jacket is perfectly suited for corporate site visits, hospitality staff working in varied environments, or transport and logistics professionals who require both warmth and agility. It is equally at home as a high-end piece of promotional wear or as part of a daily uniform for businesses that value a modern, athletic professional look.

Practical Advice

This jacket features a tailored fit, which is closer to the body than a standard unisex jacket. If your staff intend to wear thick knitwear or multiple layers beneath it, you may wish to consider selecting a size up. The sizing range from S to 3XL ensures we can accommodate a wide variety of team members. It works exceptionally well as an outer layer in transitional weather or as a mid-layer beneath a heavier waterproof shell in extreme conditions.

Caring for your product

To ensure this jacket continues to perform and look its best, it should be machine washed at 30°C. Using a lower temperature helps to protect the recycled polyester fibres and maintains the structural integrity of the DuPont Sorona padding over time.

Always wash this garment separately and ensure all zippers are fully closed before placing it in the machine. Closing the SBS zips prevents the metal teeth from snagging the delicate fleece panels or the outer shell during the wash cycle. It is vital that you do not soak the jacket, as prolonged immersion can affect the technical finish of the fabrics.

Finally, do not tumble dry this product. High heat can damage the elastane in the stretch panels and cause the synthetic insulation to clump. Instead, allow it to air dry naturally to preserve the jacket’s shape and the vibrancy of your embroidered logo.
