Customisation: Embroidery Only
This garment is offered for customisation via embroidery only. Due to the unique pile and texture of microfleece, traditional printing methods cannot provide the necessary adhesion or finish required for a professional result. Embroidery, however, sits perfectly within the fabric, offering a premium, three-dimensional finish that matches the high quality of the Tee Jays brand.
Our in-house embroidery team, established in 1976, utilises state-of-the-art machinery to ensure every stitch is precise. This method is particularly durable, ensuring your company logo remains vibrant and intact through numerous industrial or domestic wash cycles, maintaining your brand's integrity over time.

Practical Advice
This fleece is designed with a shaped, performance fit. If you intend to wear multiple thick layers underneath, you may wish to consider moving up one size. However, for use as a standard mid-layer over a polo shirt or t-shirt, we recommend selecting your usual size according to our size guide, which ranges from Small (8/10) to 3XL (18/20).
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and aesthetic of your microfleece, we recommend a machine wash at 30°C. Washing at this temperature preserves the integrity of the recycled polyester fibres and prevents premature wear, while also being more energy-efficient.
Always wash the garment with similar colours to avoid dye transfer. It is crucial that you do not soak the garment or use bleach; bleaching agents will damage the synthetic fibres and cause significant discolouration to both the fabric and your embroidered logo.
Do not tumble dry this fleece. The high heat of a tumble dryer can cause the microfleece to shrink or lose its shape, and it may damage the structural integrity of the embroidery. Instead, allow the garment to air dry naturally. Finally, should the garment require pressing, ensure the temperature does not exceed 150°C, and never iron directly over the decoration to avoid melting the embroidery threads.
