Product Overview
The Stanley/Stella Coacher casual jacket (STJU833) is a masterfully designed piece of outerwear that combines a sophisticated aesthetic with practical, everyday utility. This unisex jacket is constructed from 100% recycled polyester, offering a sustainable solution for businesses looking to enhance their professional image without compromising on environmental values. With its clean lines and soft hand feel, it serves as a premium canvas for company branding, providing a versatile layer that works as well in a creative studio as it does at a corporate event.
Key Features
Recycled Polyester Fabric: The use of 100% recycled polyester for both the shell and mesh lining ensures a lightweight yet durable garment that supports a circular economy.
Precision Decoration Access: Integrated zip openings at the bottom hem and the wearer's left chest allow for direct access to the fabric, ensuring embroidery and print can be applied neatly without catching the lining.
Secure Storage Options: Featuring front welt pockets and an internal chest welt pocket, this jacket provides ample space for personal items or essential tools of the trade.
Quality Hardware: The inclusion of round drawcords with metal tipping at the hem provides a sturdy adjustment point to customise the fit and protect against the elements.
Refined Finish: A self-fabric half-moon at the back neck and semi-elastic sleeve cuffs ensure the jacket maintains its shape and provides a comfortable, secure fit during active use.
Design & Performance
Engineered for comfort and longevity, the Coacher jacket features a plain weave shell that provides a soft hand feel, distinguishing it from lower-quality synthetic alternatives. The lightweight fabric construction ensures that the wearer remains mobile and comfortable, even when layering. Performance is further enhanced by the internal mesh lining, which aids breathability. Furthermore, this jacket carries prestigious accreditations, including Fair Wear Foundation membership and PETA-Approved Vegan status, confirming that it meets high ethical and environmental standards. The tear-out tag also allows for seamless rebranding for those requiring a fully bespoke look.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The Coacher jacket is specifically designed with customisation in mind. The dedicated internal zip access points are a significant advantage, allowing our Telford-based team to apply embroidery directly to the outer shell. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a refined professional appearance, offering a durable and textured finish for company logos. For those requiring large, bold designs—such as for event staff or promotional wear—the smooth recycled polyester shell provides an excellent surface for high-definition printing. Having managed workwear customisation since 1976, we ensure that every application is handled with technical precision to maintain the garment's integrity.
Use Cases
This jacket is an excellent choice for modern service sectors, delivery teams, or as a lightweight uniform for hospitality and event staff. Its understated, casual design makes it equally suitable for corporate lifestyle wear or as a branded piece for outdoor festivals and promotional campaigns. The inclusive sizing from XXS to 3XL ensures it can be standard issue for a diverse workforce.

Practical Advice
When selecting sizes, please note that the Coacher jacket is a unisex, lightweight outer layer. If your team will be wearing this over heavy knitwear or hoodies, we recommend reviewing our sizing guide to ensure a comfortable fit. The semi-elastic cuffs and adjustable drawcord hem provide some flexibility in fit, but accurate measurement against our 32" to 50" chest range is advised for the best professional look.
Caring for your product
To ensure your jacket and its custom branding remain in peak condition, follow these care instructions carefully. We recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. This lower temperature protects the recycled polyester fibres from heat degradation and helps maintain the vibrancy of your embroidered or printed logo.
Bleaching agents must never be used, as they will cause permanent discolouration and weaken the fabric structure. Similarly, the jacket should not be tumble dried; air drying is the best method to preserve the garment's shape and prevent unwanted shrinkage.
Do not iron this garment. The high heat of an iron can melt the synthetic polyester fibres. Fortunately, the plain weave fabric is naturally resistant to creasing, provided it is hung up immediately after washing.
