Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on these sneaker socks due to the technical nature of the garment and its intended use. The surface area is insufficient for high-quality embroidery, and any such stitching would likely cause discomfort or irritation against the skin. Furthermore, because socks are subject to constant friction and frequent high-temperature stretching, applied prints would quickly lose their integrity. We believe in providing products that maintain their quality, and in this instance, the product is best left in its original, high-performance state.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best possible fit and performance, please select your size carefully. We offer a small/medium fitting for UK shoe sizes 4 to 7, and a large/extra-large fitting for sizes 8 to 11. If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend opting for the larger size to avoid over-stretching the fabric, which can lead to premature wear.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and technical properties of your socks, it is essential to follow the recommended care routine. Proper maintenance ensures the elastane remains flexible and the cushioning stays effective for the long term.
We recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Using a cooler temperature helps preserve the polyester fibres and prevents the elastane from breaking down, which would otherwise result in the socks losing their shape. Do not use bleach, as these harsh chemicals will degrade the fabric and cause the contrast trims to fade.
Avoid tumble drying, as the intense heat can cause shrinkage and damage the elastic properties of the ribbed instep. Similarly, do not iron these socks; the synthetic composition will melt under direct heat. Finally, do not dry clean, as the solvents used in that process are far too aggressive for this type of technical athletic wear.
