Product Overview
The Russell Europe Nano Bodywarmer is a sophisticated addition to any professional team's uniform, designed to provide thermal regulation without the bulk of a traditional jacket. Engineered with high-performance materials, this garment is particularly suited for businesses that need to maintain a professional appearance while adapting to fluctuating temperatures. It serves as a versatile layer that allows for full range of movement, making it as practical for site visits as it is for the office.
Key Features
- Aquapel by Nanotex Treatment: This fluorine and PFC-free finish ensures that rain and moisture roll off the surface naturally, keeping you dry in unpredictable conditions.
- Dupont Sorona Padding: Utilises eco-efficient thermal insulation to provide warmth without adding unnecessary weight, maintaining a sleek silhouette.
- Functional Storage: Equipped with two side pockets and a secure zipped internal pocket, ensuring essential items and tools are always within reach.
- Adjustable Bungee Hem: The hem features an adjustable cord to allow for a tailored fit, effectively blocking out cold draughts and trapping warmth.
Design & Performance
Constructed from 100% polyester, the Nano Bodywarmer is a well-engineered garment that prioritises both comfort and durability. The design features a stand-up collar with an integrated chin guard and an inner storm flap, providing a robust barrier against the wind. The fabric is lightweight yet resilient, treated with Nanotex technology to ensure long-lasting water resistance. Contrasting zips and linings add a refined aesthetic, ensuring that your team looks cohesive and professional regardless of the task at hand.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This bodywarmer is an excellent candidate for customisation. For a superior, professional finish, we recommend embroidery for chest logos or staff names; the high-performance fabric provides a stable base for detailed needlework. Film print is also a viable option for those requiring larger, high-impact branding on the back. A significant technical benefit of this model is the discreet decoration access located at the inner left chest, which allows our Telford-based team to apply your branding without disturbing the internal lining. With our expertise dating back to 1976, we ensure your logo is applied with precision and care.
Use Cases
This garment is ideal for service engineers, delivery personnel, and corporate staff who require a flexible layering system. Its low-profile design makes it perfect for use in transitional seasons or in environments where a full jacket would be too restrictive.

Practical Advice
Available in a wide size range from Small to 4XL, this bodywarmer is designed to fit a variety of body types. For those planning to wear this over heavy knitwear or thick sweatshirts, you may wish to consider a larger size to ensure a comfortable fit across the chest and shoulders.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance of the water-repellent finish and the integrity of the insulation, it is important to wash this garment at 30°C. Using higher temperatures can diminish the effectiveness of the Nanotex treatment over time.
We strongly advise against the use of fabric softeners, as these can coat the technical fibres and prevent water from beading off the surface. A low-temperature tumble dry is recommended to help loft the padding and keep the garment looking its best. Do not iron or dry clean, as the heat and chemicals will damage the synthetic fabric and padding.
