Practical Advice
With a size of 43 x 84cm, this pad is versatile enough to be draped over the shoulders or laid across the lower back. To ensure the best thermal transfer, we recommend using the pad over a lightweight shirt or base layer. Always ensure the power cable is positioned so it does not interfere with your workspace or create a trip hazard.
Caring for your product
To maintain the safety and integrity of the internal heating elements, it is vital that the controller and plug are completely disconnected from both the power source and the pad before any cleaning takes place. Never submerge the plug or the controller in water, as this will cause permanent damage to the electronics.
The fleece pad should be cleaned using a hand-wash or a delicate machine wash cycle at 30°C or less. Avoid the use of bleach or harsh chemicals which can damage the polyester fibres. Crucially, the pad must not be wrung, spun, or tumble-dried, as the mechanical stress can break the internal wiring. Ensure the pad is laid flat and is completely dry before it is reconnected to the power supply.
