Product Overview
The Result Winter Essentials Junior Classic Fully Lined Thinsulate Gloves provide reliable warmth and comfort for younger users during the colder months. These gloves combine a traditional knitted aesthetic with high-performance insulation technology, ensuring that hands remain warm without the bulk often associated with winter accessories. Designed as a versatile solution for outdoor activities, they offer a professional standard of protection for juniors engaged in sport, travel, or outdoor team activities.
Key Features
- 3M Thinsulate insulation provides exceptional thermal retention by trapping air molecules between the wearer and the outside environment.
- The fully lined soft-feel tricot interior ensures a comfortable fit against the skin, reducing irritation during extended periods of wear.
- The classic knitted style offers a timeless appearance that complements both formal school uniforms and casual outdoor workwear.
- Designed as a single-size garment, these gloves offer a flexible fit suitable for a wide range of junior hand sizes.
Design & Performance
Constructed with a 100% poly-acrylic outer layer, these gloves are built to withstand the rigours of daily use while maintaining their shape and appearance. The performance of this garment is driven by the internal 3M Thinsulate layer, a lightweight insulation material that provides significant warmth while remaining thin enough to allow for natural hand movement. The interior is finished with a 100% polyester soft-feel tricot lining, which adds an extra layer of comfort and helps to wick moisture away from the skin, keeping hands dry as well as warm.
Why No Customisation?
While MyWorkwear specialises in bespoke branding, these specific junior gloves are supplied without customisation. The intricate knit of the acrylic outer and the presence of the internal Thinsulate membrane make these gloves unsuitable for standard embroidery or heat-transfer processes without compromising the integrity of the insulation. We focus on providing these as high-quality, ready-to-wear essentials to ensure the thermal performance remains unhindered.
Use Cases
These gloves are an excellent choice for junior sports teams, school walking groups, and outdoor educational trips. They are equally suited for families requiring dependable winter wear for hiking, travel, or general outdoor activities where cold hands might otherwise cut a day short. Their professional appearance also makes them a sensible addition to junior teamwear sets.

Practical Advice
As these gloves are provided in a single size, they are designed to accommodate growth and provide a comfortable fit for most juniors. For maximum warmth, ensure the ribbed cuffs are tucked securely under coat sleeves to prevent heat from escaping at the wrist. These are medium-weight gloves, providing a balance between dexterity and thermal protection.
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal properties and the integrity of the knit, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Regular washing at this temperature ensures the gloves remain hygienic and free from outdoor debris without damaging the delicate Thinsulate fibres inside.
It is important to avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the acrylic fibres and lead to a loss of colour and structural strength. Bleaching will also damage the synthetic insulation layer, significantly reducing the warmth the gloves provide.
Do not iron these gloves. Subjecting the poly-acrylic outer and the polyester lining to direct heat can cause the synthetic fibres to melt or warp, permanently altering the fit and compromising the soft texture of the tricot lining. Air drying is the safest method to preserve the life of this garment.
